stayed here the last 2 years in the first week of August, Sofa beds need to be updated but seems as if they are slowly making improvements. Hallway carpets have been replaced in 2014. Staff is friendly.

I stayed at this hotel several times throughout the 90's. There were many things that worked for us. Room was spacious with a nice view of the bay and sunset. Quick walk to the beach and to Fager's Island for nightlife and food. Our biggest complaint was the gym. No air conditioning for our entire stay and the front desk... More

I went July 12 weekend. Rate I confirmed is $389.00 per night, booked it 3 months in advance. I strongly recommend you get a cheaper rate hotel and spend the savings on a nice dinner or night out. The property is in need of a makeover. Staff kept saying can't do anything as these are owned units. Fine but it's... More

Well where should I begin, first their website states that there is a full kitchen in each room not true. Room was small and dirty, nothing worked right down to broken outlets and horrible water pressure. They advertise in their info packet free WiFi and free HBO,not so. Screens were broken. Elevator disn not work half of the time and we were... More

Super price before the summer rush. Great water view to see sunsets. Close to low price bus to travel all over town, including close to the boardwalk. Everything was good except sometimes .......No hot water! We had been hiking all day, so a shower was a must! Picture somebody being escorted to the other side of the building in their... More

Had a wonderful time with my Mom when I went in April 2014. We came using a Living Social deal so we were able to stay two nights for only about $170. I ended up requesting a corner room facing the bay on one of the upper floors and we had our request satisfied! We had a problem with our... More

My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite 5/9-5/11 and we had a great time! The staff was friendly and very patient and helpful when I had trouble pullling up my Groupon upon check-in. The room and balcony size were perfect for the two of us and I loved having a mini-kitchen (with a 2 burner range) for... More

This is a low credit time so we spent the week for our $219 exchange fee for the week. We cooked our meals and that made this an excellent and cheap week. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the bay. We had some lovely sunsets. There were just two ticks that keeps this from an excellent rating. The air... More

The check in staff was quick and efficient. The room was clean. Bathroom was outdated and bed was not large enough for two people and the mattress was not comfortable. The TV in the living room needs to be updated to a LCD and the kitchen sink leaked when you ran the water. But overall it is a good location,... More

The weather turned really nice this weekend (Apr 10) so we decide to head to the beach. Love Fagers and this hotel was located close by with a lot of mix reviews (more good than bad) but we decided to give it a try. What a mistake! With the warmer weather our room was extremely hot. Went to tell them... More
