I stayed at the Sea Bay - West Bldg facing the Bay - for 4 nights in early September. This is the first time in a long time that I was anxious to sleep in the bed. The sheets had stains and the comforter looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. (Although I usually just throw the comforter aside.)... More

Basic & clean. My favorite part was our balcony on the top floor (4th i think?) facing the bay. We were only in the room to shower and sleep and it was good for that reason. Otherwise, not a room I wanted to hang out in. If I was waiting for my husband to wake up/shower/get ready...I was on the... More

We booked our hotel with no problems . Even though we arrived before our room was ready, the staff let us use the pool with no issues .. The room was clean and very enjoyable to stay. Everything is in walking distance .

For being a "budget" hotel, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, and the proximity to many things. It is nice to come off of the Rt 90 bridge and pull into the parking lot. Also, very close to Mackys, Dead Freddies, Seacrets, etc. with a short walk to the beach. The pool on the bay side is beautiful for... More

Budget hotel with good room and facilities for the price, right near the beach. Excellent review is down to helpfulness of staff. We arrived with no booking, They accommodated us and found us a place for two subsequent nights (they were fully booked for those subsequent nights). Desk staff were friendly and warm. We didn't experience any noise or other... More

Very Unfriendly Staff! From the desk clerks to the room cleaners, they all seemed to be unhappy to work there. The room was very plain, outdated, and worn. The carpet was dirty and loose. The mattresses sagged and the box-spring liner hung under the bed. There were no pictures or decorations in the room. The sofa and bedspreads were soiled.... More

This hotel was priced lower than similar hotel in the street. The feedback was not bad as well. The room is big with two queens and a sofa bed. It is good for family of 4. Microwave and fridge are definitely a plus. The big problem for me was the noises, from old air condition, street noise, as well as... More

1) This is NOT a family friendly place. Groups of teens - younger 20 year olds descended on this hotel, unloading cases upon cases of beer and funnels and carrying into hotel. It turned into party central. People coming back at 2:30 am and screaming, not fun. 2) Wifi is HORRIBLE, so very slow. 3) The pool is tiny for... More

Dear guest. It is difficult to screen every guest in our hotel. If guest pays the rate, they are entitled to stay with us. Just like every resort town, we also have to deal with those that simply want to party. We are a family-friendly hotel, and we want our younger guests to have fun as well. When a guest... More

The staff was very friendly, it was quiet at night and there is free coffee. The location is good if you like the bars/restaurants around Fager's Island area. Unfortunately, our sheets had a stain and weren't changed after 2 nights, which was relatively gross. The towels were uncomfortable. Also, there were multiple strands of someone else's hair on the blanket.... More
