this place was the absolute most horiible place i have ever stayed anywhere. The old creepy manager would just stare into our room 24 /7 can you say peeking tom?. Do not stay in this motel!!!! I had the worst vacation experience ever here, the owners treated us like children, they sat in their chairs in the parking lot eating food and watching the guests like hawks!!! they even watched in the middle of the night, I would look out and find the man standing in the parking lot looking... more

This motel is the best, right by the board walk and beach.I like how they make you feel comfortable and right at home. The price is great and the room I was in had valuable furniture. This motel isprobably one of the best motels I have ever stayed in.It wasnt just me that loved it my wife also thought it... more

I stayed at surfside 8 Motel for bike week 2007. I have seen another review before I stayed there .They said how bad it was....................................... THEY WERE WRONG!!!!! Do not stay at this motel if you want to enjoy your stay. Just got back from my stay and couldn't wait to write a review. I knew I was in trouble when the motels office is the owners living/kitchen. The room [#24] reeked of cigarette smoke/mildew as soon as you opened the door[and stayed that way the whole stay]... more
