The hotel was not clean. The staff, with the exeption of the cleaning staff, were extremely unfriendly, including the manager. There were cigarette buts on every balcony. There were no amenities within the hotel itself. The only good thing is the location of the hotel is that it is on the Boardwalk. more

I stayed at Haven Hotel last month. Ideal location for pretty much all downtown entertainment. Loved it.The rooms are very clean, wonderful view to the ocean. Desk clerks are pleasant and helpfull all the time. We already have reservations for July. Happy to come back. more
