Our Ocean front balcony was the common about to fall down wooden walkway. One can hear every single foot step another takes...sounded like the place was falling down. We have been going to the Seabonay for several years now. We go for the location. This year was the last draw! The rooms are very nice for the price and have everything you will need. This motel is not the BEST on the beach but it surely had the perfect access to the beach and boardwalk. It was particulaly a every beach goer dream location.
