Horrible from start to finish: 1. Tried to charge too much upon check-in. 2. Air conditioning bad, one speed and too loud. 3. Bathroom too small. 4. Positives - Clean room. Great location on the boardwalk and Near Phillips crab house which has a grat buffet. Million dollar view from Premeire Oceanfront Room. The Grand Hotel was great....we checked in and got in our room before 4:00. The man at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were very clean and everything seemed execellent! An extremely dissapointing experience. The hotel lounge/bar was showing xxx pornography during evening hours. When asked to change the programming, our requests were denied. The hotel manager claimed no responsibility or authority to aid in the situation. We do not recommend any families to this hotel! more
