Do not even waste your money. This was mine and my fiance's first time in OC so paying $170 for a single night seemed expensive but decent compared to all the other hotels. Spend the extra $50-$100 staying at a nicer hotel. It'll be worth it! First we got there and our first room, which was connected to another room?... More

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have. I found this place on the internet and by its webpage and pictures, it looked like a decent place to stay. Upon arriving to the hotel, I had been traveling for a couple of hours, so I needed to use the restroom. When I lifted the lid to the toilet,... More

We just stayed for Labor Day weekend in room 204. We knew it wasn't going to be a top of the line motel since we paid about $300 for two nights. It is very out dated and dingy. But we didn't mind that!! We checked the mattress for bedbugs and saw they had a cover on it. We thought we... More

The Coastal Inn is a decent motel! We were in town for Labor Day weekend. We spent most of our time enjoying the beach and boardwalk activities. Our room was clean, the pool area was clean & the staff was very friendly! The furnishing were outdated and there was indoor/outdoor carpet on the floor. This is a nice safe place... More

Just stayed there Aug. 22-24 in a double room. Booked online. The room was to have a sitting area. Stayed in room 210. There wasn't even a chair in the room and it was so small there wasn't room for one. Room was dark, smelled, wet carpet ouside the bathroom, frig froze everything, adjustment knob broken, TV's remote non-functional, toilet... More

I've read the recent and old reviews and there is now ample hot water, good water pressure and the staff was nice to us. The rooms were outdated and only god knows when the carpet was last cleaned. We had to keep he window open and run the AC to keep the funky smell out. I thought we were over... More

I paid $319 a night for a two night stay from August 8th, 2014 through the 10th. That's including tax btw. I have never stayed in a place so ugly in all my life! I was in room 201. The room smelled weird/gross. I think it was from the air conditioner. There was a spider in my bed and an... More

We stayed here for one night in May 2014. We wanted a cheap place to stay mainly for a bed to sleep in. The room was nice and spacious with a big queen size bed, a small TV and air conditioning. It felt a little old but was clean overall. The bathroom also felt old but fairly clean. Late at... More

Hot room. Crappy remote. Outdated. Dirty. Fought with wifi. Outdated. Dead bugs in bed. Size of a shoe box. Noisy. ... I regret booking this. I live close to ocean city and love spending weekends there. We stay in the off season normally so the high prices are everywhere. We tried to go cheap (395$ Friday-Sunday) and apparently I expected... More
