After working in the hospitality industry I know there is a certain standard no matter what the location. There is no excuse to treat guests in a poor manner. We called to try and check in early which was not an option. Totally fine. We check in later in the day, around 7, all of us hand in our credit... More

I can't say enough accolades about this hotel. It is first class in a small package. The rooms are furnished beautifully. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub and a rain shower head. Each room has a deck and ours looked out over the bay. We were able to watch the wildlife as well as paddle boarders on the bay. The... More

I recently booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM for a one night stay and received confirmation directly from the property. I was later telephoned by the hotel and advised that they would NOT be honoring my reservation because they have a two night minimum over my chosen weekend. When I questioned them, citing the fact that I received confirmation from THEM... More

We booked with Mary, who was so friendly and helpful, and her pleasant attitude really set the tone for our whole stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered Sangria. As parents we are used to Disney and other family resorts and this was certainly not that. It was quiet and adult and just perfect. Our room (101) was... More

We have stayed at Fagers Island a few times and it has always been a pleasant stay. You will see the best sunsets from this place without any doubt! There are 2 separate places to stay on this property, The Lighthouse and The Edge. The Lighthouse is more affordable and it is a nice place to stay. Make sure you... More

We stayed in the lighthouse itself, not the condos. We showed up on a Sunday night for a late check-in, and candles were lit in the room and chocolates were on the pillow. When I made the reservation, I didn't tell them it was for a special occasion, but they knew. It's that kind of place. Before going up to... More

For my anniversary with my wife, I booked a bay view room at the lighthouse club online for a Saturday in September. It was supposed to be perfect. I did my research, read the reviews. I thought everything was going to be great. Again, I paid extra to get a bay view room and have a nice view of the... More

We've stayed at the Hilton in Ocean City for a weekend getaway, but The Lighthouse takes the cake! SO romantic, quaint and serene location. We had a bayside view. Kept our door open, had the ceiling fan going and it felt like we were on a ship. The Inn is older, but it was VERY clean....spotless. The bathroom was large... More

A friend of mine recommended I stay here. It's on the "Bay Side" of Ocean City, which is much better (at least in my opinion) to staying on the OC boardwalk. Quiet, relaxing and beautiful! I don't prefer staying on the boardwalk much: loud, noisy and obnoxious. Here you are still close to everything. Oh, and that darn hot tub!... More

Beautiful B&B with a gorgeous view of bayside. It was centrally located, a 5 miute walk to the beach across the street. On the same island as Fager's Island Bar/restaurant. The staff even drove us to the restaurant on a golf cart. The staff was very friendly. The room has a cozy feel and like the placement of the mirrors... More
