First off when we made the reservations we were guaranteed a particular first floor room to accommodate all of our family. When we arrived we were told our room was already rented by a barely English speaking guy who all he could say was "the manager be in tomorrow". Half our family couldn't even stay because the ONLY room they... More

Run screaming. ONLY thing good about this place is that it is on the boardwalk near 11th. It's dirty, smelly, tiny, not secure, there's no help when needed, and I was eaten alive by bed bugs. No pool, though the website says there is. Parking was a block or so over, but not terrible considering the entire area has a... More

Dirty sheets, dirty floor, dirty shower actually dirty everything... There is just too much wrong with this establishment I recommend gathering some extra money and staying somewhere nicer. However the location is great but service and cleanliness is a necessity. Don't stay here!!!!

I didn't expect it to be a 5 Star hotel but for what I paid I expect things to work. The view and location are great but our experience was less to be desired. We lost power for a hour and a half one day and then one of the outlets blew and they had to use extension cord for... More

First off, parking is slim to none nearby. Another lot is 2 blocks away. When we checked in, we were charged up front with tv remote fee, you got back at the end of the stay. It was 10 bucks. There is no elevator, our room was on the 3rd floor with narrow, skuffed up, smelly hallways. The room was... More

Their own website states "our rooms are quite modest." If you've never experienced a stay at an old hotel, you might not know what to expect. It is an old hotel with no elevator, more narrow halls than the newer buildings and small rooms with window AC. After reading all the terrible reviews, I was leary of what to expect,... More

We had a room reserved here last week (July 29) and canceled our reservation the minute we saw the room. The two double bed room is about as big as a walk-in closet, but the disgusting filth and hanging ceiling is what we noticed first. Not to mention the hair on the pillow cases. The tiny window AC is in... More

The location and view are phenomenal but the rooms are cramped, deplorable and very dated. For the price you can't expect much, but a hotel should have adequate water pressure with hot water. Beds were comfortable, housecleaning was basically nonexistent.
