Stayed here overnight for an event in North East. Rates were reasonable. Room was large and clean. Staff was efficient. Convenient access to North East, MD. I am not going to rave, but the place was a good choice. more

This hotel was great for the one night we stayed. It seems to be in a very safe location. Hotel has a very warm pool and hot tub. Fitness room looked nice too. Several weeks prior to a local car show for which the Crystal Inn was the host hotel, I made a reservation by telephone and received a confirmation number. I attended the show, and when I went to check in, I was informed that they did not have my reservation and there were no rooms available. They offered no assistance whatsoever.... more
