I am not a clean freak and not overly picky, but I like to be comfortable when I stay somewhere. I was not comfortable staying here. You can tell this was an old, run down hotel that Sheraton bought and pasted their name to...trying to put bandaids on everything. The rooms were small, the floors were disgusting, a good amount... I was very dissatisified with this hotel. The outside of the hotel fools you into thinking that it is nice......HA! The staff was not friendly at all. When you walked up to the front desk I was not greeted, but instead had to wait until the 2 agents finished their conversation and then I was looked at and not greeted.... More

I just stayed four nights at this hotel and was commuting on the Metro to school in D.C....it's quite a ride to and from Foggy Bottom but overall not bad. They definitely need to work on a few things to improve the overall experience: Sam was the only driver for shuttle service for the entire hotel. I had a few... More

The hotel rooms are nicely kept and the staff is friendly. The area is not the best and is not close to any good eating places. The shuttle does not always run on schedule, but comes if called. You have to wait a while before it gets to the pickup destination

Of the many hotels to choose from in the DC area I chose this one for free overnight parking, free shuttle to metro which was only 1/4 mile or so away, and proximity to the highway (2 traffic lights away)...not too far from Baltimore or DC. It's about a 25 minute Metro ride into the Capital/Mall area. I loved that... More

The hotel has recently been redone and the decor is nice, one complaint is that there is no drawer space in the room. Also, the service in the resteraunt was terrible with the exception of a couple of waiters, one named Chris. You can sit for over 30 minutes without someone coming by to take your drink order - very... More

My friend and I were visiting the DC area for a week and decided to stay at this property for two nights to save on hotel expenses! I chose this property for two reasons: value and convenience (proximity to Metro). The Four Points delivered on both counts. We paid approximately $150 by booking online directly on their website. Upon arrival,... More

This hotel is nice and close to the Metro which is only 20 min. from D.C. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, although there was a ceiling leak which was dripping into the pancake syrup. The coffee was great. The internet there is really really slow at times and the printer did not work for us to print our... More
