I was looking for a big chain hotel and unfortunetly this was the only one in the area. It's right off the highway so you will hear all the cars on the highway. The sink was clogged up I had 2 towels and I swear I heard mice in the bathroom. I would look all around but they must have... more

A tip-off should be the "police car only" reserved parking place near the front door. On my second night there, my car was keyed in full view of their security camera. I reported this to them at the front desk at checkout, and later sent them an email with a link to pictures of the damage. They did nothing. Absolutely... more

My stay here at this hotel was very lovely. After reading the reviews I was a bit scared if I must say, but because of business I was obligated to stay there. Once, I had arrived at the hotel it was beautiful. The setting and the decoration was very elegant. The staff at the desk were very helpful and professional.... more

The three stars are misleading, though I see now that three stars equal "average," not "good." I guess that is more appropriate. This is a two-star hotel in any other rating system. Rooms are clean, but need upgrading. It's old-fashioned and is not on par with other Four Points where I've stayed. Okay for the price, but eat before you... more

I truly believe that this hotel is not just dirty and poorly maintained, I believe it is also unhealthy. The first room we were in was noisy - workers outside the window hammering, drilling early in the morning, we could hear everything said as people went down the halls, the wifi didn't work, which can happen, so we brought a... more

We stayed at Four Points for a weekend getaway to visit Washington DC. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the DC Metro station, but we had a car and drove to the station ourselves (free parking on weekends). The train takes about half an hour to reach the Mall of America. The hotel itself was recently remodeled,... more

I am not a clean freak and not overly picky, but I like to be comfortable when I stay somewhere. I was not comfortable staying here. You can tell this was an old, run down hotel that Sheraton bought and pasted their name to...trying to put bandaids on everything. The rooms were small, the floors were disgusting, a good amount... more

I was very dissatisified with this hotel. The outside of the hotel fools you into thinking that it is nice......HA! The staff was not friendly at all. When you walked up to the front desk I was not greeted, but instead had to wait until the 2 agents finished their conversation and then I was looked at and not greeted.... more

I just stayed four nights at this hotel and was commuting on the Metro to school in D.C....it's quite a ride to and from Foggy Bottom but overall not bad. They definitely need to work on a few things to improve the overall experience: Sam was the only driver for shuttle service for the entire hotel. I had a few... more
