An escape into the past. Our first time visit and we really enjoyed everything about The Castle!!. It was a great surprise for Tony's birthday. From the History, the Romantic Atmoshphere, Charming & Cozy Rooms with a Fireplace & Private Bath, Exploring the Beautiful Grounds, Delcious & Elegant Breakfast, and the Caring Owners. Thank you Judi & Tony for a... More

My wife and I stayed a night while bicycling with four other couples on the GAP Trail. The side trip over to the B and B was a little inconvenient, but not too bad. It involves about a mile ride on a rode- some pretty steep. But it's worth it for the nicely appointed rooms and common areas. The food... More

A wonderful find! Portions of the building date back to the 1840's and at one point the place was a brothel! Owners Judy and Tony lovingly restored it and made us feel at home. Lovely grounds and excellent breakfast. They also cater weddings and do private dining. The Castle is a short drive from Frostburg and other area attractions.

My fiancee' and I stayed at the Castle, as one of the last people to inhabit the separate cabin at the bottom of the hill. We LOVED it! The innkeepers are terrific people, and the setting is amazing. The views are terrific and it would be a great place to visit in the fall when the leaves are turning. There... More

My husband and I were welcomed and had a wonderful romantic stay at Castle B and B. We enjoyed the surrounding sights and even got to go for a ride on the nearby scenic railroad. The service and accommodations at The Castle were great. We were very pleased and would welcome a trip back. The owners Judy and Tony were... More

We just happened across this place as we were headed west. We just stayed one night and for breakfast and it was delightful. Very friendly staff and good food. The one and only drawback...it's a little difficult to find at night so if you're not familiar with the area make sure you have GPS--but it's worth it!

My wife and I were looking for a B&B near the great allegheny passage to do some biking on our anniversary weekend. We are history buff's and really look for something with a story to tell. The castle does not disappoint. Started in 1840 the house has a ton of history. The greatest thing is cell phones do not have... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night after she competed in a nearby race event in western MD. It was out first b&b experience. From start to finish, we were blown away. Both Tony and his wife Judy were very friendly and easy to communicate with over email and the phone. Upon arrival we were greeted, shown on... More

We were given a weekend away to the Castle Bed and Breakfast by my parents for our 25th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by Tony, one of the owners; he showed us around and offered us a glass of wine. That was the beginning of a very relaxing weekend away. We enjoyed the food and setting very... More
