Last weekend, my husband and I stayed in room #6 with a king size bed and a wonderful large flat screen TV...It was "Heaven"...just what we needed for a refresher. Rooms were exceptionally clean and staff very polite and friendly especially in helping us find the best restaurants in the area. Overall, the Lodge was very comfortable and quiet located literally right next to the Lake. The Wisp ski slopes were also just outside the balcony - a gorgeous view at night. I booked online for Valentine's Day weekend. When I called to confirm a few days before, they said the didn't receive my reservation even though it had been booked online. The guy was rude and unsympathetic. It was valentine's weekend and so of course, everyone else was booked already! They need to fix their online system and change their attitude!!! more

Helpful and courtesy staff went above and beyond during our vacation. Rooms were fresh and clean with excellent bedding. Air conditioner was new and worked perfectly. Wonderful value - the owner was even on premise to see how our stay was! Highly recommend. more
