Family of 4, two adults, 16 year old and a 12 year old stayed in a room with two double beds and a comfortable Murphy bed. Had a blast playing laser tag, zip lining, mountain dune buggying and mountain coastering. The weather was cool but sunny. Many activities will run during the rain except if it starts to thunder and... More

The hotel location is prime! We stayed 2 nights in a queen suite room. The pull down murphy beds are a little outdated and it was a hassle to have put the bed up to pull the table out. The bedroom is a tight squeeze to walk around when the bed is down. The bathroom was very clean and towels... More

We stayed 3 nights in a king deluxe suite with the upgraded furniture and concierge room. Separate sitting area with sofa bed, two large flat screen tvs, marble countertop sink and newly tiled shower, refrigerator and window view of slopes. Plenty of towels and ok toiletries. Concierge room provided canned sodas and coffee/ hot water for tea (coffee provided in... More

We spend four nights here over President's Day Weekend. We stayed in a queen suite room and although at first sight we thought the room layout was odd, it grew on us and worked well for our family. The two kids slept on a pull down murphy bed at night but was so easy to put up and use as... More

We stayed one night in a queen with murphy bed. When we walked in the room smelled like a locker room (although after a day of skiing we did too). We found some fabreeze and then everything was good. The bathroom was SPOTLESS!. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel with a bathroom that clean. The floor,... More

Spent one night this past weekend, tubed and coastered one day and went skiing/boarding the next.  The hotel was booked solid and crowded, but the front desk was very helpful and patient around check in time.  They encouraged us to go and get our rentals for the following day and put them in our ski locker which was included with... If you are looking for a great, fun, reasonable place to take the family skiing this winter, then you need to check out the Wisp ski resort in Deep Creek Maryland. My wife, four children and I go every year and save lots of $$ over most other local resorts. They have a heated pool, juccuzzi tub, and great local... More

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we booked their $59 pp midweek madness package that included 1 night's lodging and lift ticket for the following day. We were given a "suite" room that had a separate bedroom and a living room area with murphy bed. It completely suited our needs traveling with our 10 year old. Quality... More

We spent Martin Luther King Weekend here up at Wisp, and had an amazing time. Luckily, it snowed most of the time so we had wonderful fresh snow. The place was so much fun for kids and families. We had kids of all ages (3-10) and they all went to ski or snow board school. The instructors were great. The... More

I would recommend going in the middle of the week. Wisp runs a special that $60/person/night for room and lift ticket. The skiing is great. Great views from the trails. Lots of runs compared the rest of the mid Atlantic. Again, go during the midweek and u won't be running over (or get run over) kids. The north-side trails are... More
