Me and done friends went here to a conference for 3 days and it was my 1st ever ski trip. The room was average and food was descent. They had skiing, tubing or snowboarding available, so I tried snowboarding, which wasn't bad. The snow site was nice and riding up the lift were nice too. Staff were friendly and many... More

As far as proximity to the slopes, you cant beat this hotel. However, if you want to actually get any sleep and not hear your neighbors every word being spoken, choose another hotel. The bed was great, as well as the rest of the furniture, but after a day on the slopes, it would have been nice for some piece... More

Stayed on first floor near the pool. Wife liked the pool. Easy ski in/out location. Never did bother with the lockers since it was in the basement. Staff was friendly enough. Room was clean. the HVAC was better than average -- you could set the fan on auto or continuous and was not too noisy. The room looked over the... More

Visited for a weekend in February with another family- 4 adults and 4 elementary aged kids in total. This is a nice small resort - perfect for a ski/tubing weekend with kids. Everything is very convenient - ski-in/out, the learning center, pool, lodge, restaurant, parking, rental area, lift to the summit, magic carpet, small arcade.. it's all steps from your... More

I've been reading reviews and keep seeing the manager responses to poor reviews saying they wish the issues were addressed while the people were here so let's see how this works. Checked in and the front desk clerk, Jeremiah, was very dry. Didn't give info on anything just wanted my id and rushed me out of his way even though... More

Doug, Please accept my apologies for your check in as well as the Wi-Fi. If you have a moment, stop by the front desk and ask for me. It is important to know what room you are staying in and what is happening when you are trying to sign on to the internet so we can correct the problem. Thanks More

It is always wonderful to spend time at Wisp Resort. The hospitality off all staff is impressive. The surroundings are more than majesti . Our room was very nice and clean and had wonderful cozy bedding. The lodge has several dining options to choose fro . And as always the skiing is wonderful. The Midweek Madness package is a great... We just returned from a weekend skiing at Wisp. I loved skiing the mountain. The trails were designed to maximize the length of the slopes but there are flat areas which are hard to navigate. A "magic carpet" at the top of the mountain would help people get from one area to another. The lifts are outdated, slow and need... More

I have rented ski equipment for my wife and snowboard gear for my daughter and have found the rental department employees to be very accommodating and friendly. Management on several occasions have gone out of their way to assist me with my all of my rental requests. Furthermore, an example of exceeding my expectation of service, management assisted me with... More

We were able to check in with little fanfare. The hotel lobby staff said nothing other than "Name, drivers license, and credit card." Staff should be reminded that this is a service industry. The food available in the food court style eating area was edible but nothing great and the price was of course ridiculous. The real problems started at... More

Hotel rooms are outdated and weirdly arranged. Our queen suite had a fridge in the hall (no microwave) and a pull out bed in the sitting area. 4 people in the room makes the suite feel crowded. The pool was warm and my children enjoyed it. The convenience of ski in-out was great. The lockers they provide are small, tight... More
