We have been camping for a long time and typically have stayed at ell known camping chains. We were looking for something not to far and different. We rented a RV typically we rent a cabin or tent. We loved the RV choice. This was still off season and its very quiet but they have things foe everyone during the... More

Duncans family campground has been in my families life for about 14 years now. We got there every summer! The Staff is ALWAYS wonderfull given some circumstances every business may go thru. Some of them work more than one job there. They are always available for help any hour of the day. Woody ( the cleaning staff) is always out... More

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is an absolute nightmare place to stay!!! Owner will not pay power bill so everything is run off generators which are always out of fuel. Drugs and prostitution are everywhere, every low life that you can think of stays here.

We stayed in one of the rustic cabins for a week. The cabin was nice and served our needs. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Grounds were neat and clean. I never saw the camp store open, but we went late September so it was off season. The wi-fi was off and on, but that didn't bother me much. Office... More

The overall facility is OK. The camp store was closed the entire time though you could get some items at the registration building. That was a bummer for the kids who always like getting candy, ice cream and stupid little toys from camp stores. The staff was friendly and the shower rooms were old but clean. We stayed there so... We stayed at Duncan's in March of this year, renting one of their Cottages. We were looking for a place, where we could stay, take our kids to DC, not spend a lot on lodging and cook our own meals. We are campers, so we knew what we were getting in to. We arrived after hours and found our map... More

Stayed here to be close and convenient to friends. When I checked in we were not told about the lack of power in the park. We made reservations in April for our 45 ft motorhome. We need power. Had to run the generator the first night and continued to call about power. The park is very dumpy and dirty, had... More

Stayed here a couple of days at the end of our r/v trip across the US. The people working there are very courteous and caring. I thought it was a bit pricey compared to the dozen other places we stayed across the US. We were ther the memorial day weekend and there was live music and a bunch of stuff... More
