We stayed at Duncan's in March of this year, renting one of their Cottages. We were looking for a place, where we could stay, take our kids to DC, not spend a lot on lodging and cook our own meals. We are campers, so we knew what we were getting in to. We arrived after hours and found our map... More

Stayed here to be close and convenient to friends. When I checked in we were not told about the lack of power in the park. We made reservations in April for our 45 ft motorhome. We need power. Had to run the generator the first night and continued to call about power. The park is very dumpy and dirty, had... More

Stayed here a couple of days at the end of our r/v trip across the US. The people working there are very courteous and caring. I thought it was a bit pricey compared to the dozen other places we stayed across the US. We were ther the memorial day weekend and there was live music and a bunch of stuff... More

I had seen the other reviews and was a little leery about my decision, but when I arrived there and meet with the staff I knew that the reviews where either bad experience's or Duncan's have resolved the problem. My family and I stayed there for six nights and loved it. We rented a cottage and it was clean and... More

Duncan family camp ground is a un friendly place! The staff is rude they won't help with anything! There prices are crazy to expensive! They rip you off in the camp store they buy all the stuff in the store from giant! The owner Laurie Duncan is very mean and nasty to people! She sits around and does nothing! Most... More

We had a great time at Duncan's Family Campground this past weekend. It was really great to see the staff and a special thanks to Woody! Woody is the best, anything that we needed he is your man. Thanks again for such a great weekend!

There are only two campgrounds in this area.. Should have went to Cheery Hill. Period. The evening we arrived the store was closed. We could not enjoy a campfire, on our very first camping trip, with our new trailer. Nor did we have any food. So the first night was a bummer with hopes that the next day would be... More

Worst campground ever. Dirty showers and bathrooms. Rude unhelpful staff. Camp store opens at 11am and closes at 6pm. There is no one on the grounds even though they claim there's security after 7pm. Noisy roads on 2 sides with truck traffic. Noisy trailer park on one side. Electricity surges. I guess we could go on and on but it... More

A group of 3 families traveled to Duncans for the first time this weekend. I read the reviews before we left and I did notice some rough reviews. As we pulled into the front gates we noticed that the campground was clean and had a nice cheerful sign at the front entrance. We checked in and my family was given... More

Arrived here for 2014 memorial day weekend. Last years leaves being collected and noisily blown so it is not surprising that what little grass is around is in such a very poor state. The campground is fully booked and everyone pouring in but the swimming pool which they have just opened is still green on the bottom and scum on... More
