My husband and I were one of three, 50 yr old + couples riding the Gap & C&O Canal tow path over nine days and my stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast was by far the best experience I had. We were not sure what to expect when we got to our stopping place for the day. We were... More

We came with the Corvette Annapolis club for one night on Oct 28. This is our club's third vist to th inn over about a 6 year period. They continue to make us feel so welcome and take excellent care of us. My husband and I were in room #5 on the first floor with a King and private bathroom.... More

We were not looking forward to calling for a shuttle at the end of a long day of biking, and it was starting to drizzle, but we made a call, and the shuttle was there SO FAST. It's a van with a trailer and the owner loaded the trailer quickly and efficiently and got us to our rooms right away.... More

Though this B&B is 7 miles from the C&O bike path, the hosts are more than ready and helpful to get you there for a small fee. Dessert was waiting and delicious. Covered bike storage. The rooms were a little small but we had a private bath and were quite comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. The hotel history and... More

I just spent a night at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast inn, and I found it to be absolutely fantastic. I was with a group of bicyclists and Town Hill accommodated us fantastically. The food was wonderful...both dinner and breakfast. Before we left the next morning, the owner gave us details on where to buy and eat lunch later on... More

World Class B&B!! You get what you pay for! During our bicycle travels and other excursions my wife and I have stayed at well over a dozen B&B’s. If you believe that breakfast is a significant part of your stay, reserve a night here. The absolute best breakfast I’ve had at any accommodation. Six dishes of gourmet food served buffet... More

Call for the shuttle and be prepared to be treated like royalty at this lovely historic B & B. Our host was outstanding. The rooms were absolutely adorable. Dinner and breakfast was amazing. We all wanted the recipes. Plan your bike adventure to include this wonderful hill top experience.

We stayed here while cycling the C and O towpath. There is really no alternative in Little Orleans for cyclists. Although Town Hill is farther from the C and O than most would want to cycle (and a hilly ride it is), there is a shuttle service for a few dollars per person each way. This isn't just a cozy... During the reservation process all seemed well for both parts of our group. However, on our day of arrival the host called my companion's cell phone to complain about our arrival at the pick up place on the trail for him to shuttle us up to the inn. We told him that we very clearly stated during the phone call... More
