I got a great price through Hotwire. We arrived at BWI a little after midnight, and the shuttle was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Check in was quick and easy. On my first night of a three night stay at the hotel, the toilet seat came off in my hand as I went to lift it. Three days later, after numerous complaints, the seat was still not fixed.
