I stopped here for one night with my 2 teenage daughters and could NOT stay! We should have been clued in when we saw a sign advertising weekly and monthly stays, vehicles on blocks, trailers full of furniture, chairs outside of motel doors, and groups of men standing in the parking lot. I had already made the reservation so I... More

The check in went smooth and the receptionist was friendly. The room was more than we expected, the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.. The room was kept clean, the service was great. The breakfast could be improved on, everything else was great. Thank you

Pros: Clean bed sheets and bath towels, comfortable bed, seemingly well-insulated rooms - no excessive noise from neighbors at least during my visit. Low price. Negatives: - Funky smelling rooms – the first room I was given was so musty-funky smelling I asked for a different room, which was marginally better - Not even a plastic cup in the room... More

Where do I start? Choosing to by-pass our previous experience in town, we tried this place. First clue: they offer weekly and monthly rates (this should have warned us that there those of a certain ilk that call this place "home"). Second clue: There was a car up on blocks with its fuel tank removed. But, the company demanded that... More

Upon entering our room, there was food stains on the wall, dog hair on the carpet, and I could see through the sheets. Food crumbs on the counter, and hairs and specks of dirt in my bed. I did complain to the front desk about all my issues, and I have to give them a little credit for attempting to... More

Somewhat disconcerting to see signage for rooms by week and month. Is this a boarding house or hotel? Good beds, clean rooms, hot water, good air conditioning, quiet, plenty of parking space. Good wifi. Breakfast seemed virtually non existent both nights I was there. Some bread available for toast, a bit of orange juice, no coffee available either day, and... More

For the price this place was worth it.it was clean and comfortable .I would definitely stay here again,it needed a few updates but for the price I can't complain.as long as it is clean and comfortable that's what matters the most to me.also it was right beside the mall! A definite plus!

This motel is conveniently located right off the highway. There are restaurants right across the road and the mall is directly behind it. The receptionists were both very nice. Our room was clean and had a refrigerator and micro. The breakfast was a typical continental one with toast, packaged danishes (which you could take with you), cereal and fruit. Coffee... More

This motel is rundown. The room was just okay. Found a bug in the bathroom. One bar of soap and a pack of travel tissues. Upon arrival there is no one at the front desk. The entrance is horrible and the breakfast is awful. There are people living at this hotel for weeks at a time. I had a second... More

I have had good experiences with Econo Lodges. After reading the recent reviews, I was unsure whether to book. Then I priced all the other motels in LaVale and Cumberland, MD. It was within our budget and the others were not, so I booked anyway. My only concern was they rent rooms by the week or month. My experience is... More
