While the landscaping and the adjacent restaurant were pleasant, the motel itself was showing its age. In our room the mattresses turned up at the corners, and the AC/heater was excessively noisy as it cycled on and off. Breakfast had the typical, heavy on carbs selection. more

Me and my family have been staying at this hotel ever since I can remember, there is a restaurant right next to the hotel, a large indoor swimming pool, and a helpful, willing staff. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Western Maryland. more

This hotel had exceptional landscaping. It was on a long thin piece of land with a creek. It was laid out with the office floor being the 2nd floor. The 1st floor started towards the back to fit the terrain. Other than that it was very predictable, except that the wireless internet didn't work for us on the first floor.... more

Book a night on a Thursday for the next Tuesday, On the Saturday I had a death in the family and needed to cancel. Hotel management would not respond to phone calls. After third call and one email I received response stating the booking made over the internet can only be refunded two weeks prior to the stay. more

My wife and I stayed here along with my parents. It's tough to go wrong with Best Western. This is a very good hotel, with a nice pool area. My only complaint is that our room smelled like someone had smoked in there recently. more
