The hotel has came a long way. The staff is great. the front desk clerk with the braids was really helpful to me. We need more people like her. She has a wonderful attitude and was very helpful. Keep up the good work front desk staff

Lets start by saying I am not surprised. I was reluctant to stay here when I checked in because of the riff raff in the parking lot. But since it was a one night thing and my budget was low I decided to tough it. Luckily after someone else was given a key to my room I still survived through... More

First of all the people there look like they live here. It's hood I should know I live in Brooklyn NY. Don't stay here get your money back. The room smelled like smoke and it was suppose to be a none smoking room. I booked for a double non smoking room when I got there he said I have a... More

Used to love this place. Must be under new management. Pot holes in parking lot. Now people are moving in with furniture, loud yells and talking outside after midnight. People hanging in out in parking lot. I would not recommend.

I have stayed at the Knight Inn in Laurel, MD several times and the conditions of the hotel have gone downhill. My last visit was the worst, the room I was given initially smelled like urine, the second room had labels on a microware that were in Spanish. Free Wi-Fi is, no Wi-Fi. The only good things I can say... More

Worst hotel experience I ever had. And I am pretty old! Most people seem to live there by the month, and possibly by the hour. I slept in my clothes as I felt unsafe there. Dirty looking , smelly room, and don't expect luxuries like shampoo in bathroom or a remote control for your TV. Ladies at check-in were rude... More

The staff are horrible and rude and invasive. The rooms stink like toilet water and they wont let you switch to a new room even once you found out they have bugs and the things they say they offer is a lie like the wifi. I do not recommend. There are plenty of better places to stay on that block!

Clean rooms and a very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent location, you can walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. Guest laundry was down a bit, but there is a very nice and very clean laundry nearby. Manager is trying to get new machines! We spent several months at the hotel. Anytime we had any issue, they were quick... More

I have stayed here several times because the location fits my needs. Rooms are newly remodeled. However it's not a good looking neighborhood. The worst thing was the towel. If they even had any (on rwo visits the had none) they felt like sandpaper on my skin

thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay. It's great to hear that our location works really well for you and that you like our renovations. I am sorry to hear that you found our towels below standards and that on another occasion you were given a room without towels. There is no excuse why... More
