What started out as a possible disappointment ending up being a family vacation that included people we met at Best Western who were travelers. It would be better for me if the ac unit was not so close to the bed. The air really made my shoulder hurt. My mother-n-law is 90 years young and it was a little uncomfortable... More

The room is fine; continental breakfast is OK. The most concern is safety. The hotel hosts night club with large crowd so noisy. Outside the hotel is dark, need more lights. There is strong bad odor near elevator on fist floor and elevator is so small.

the best western has a night club for God knows why. There is no fridge or microwave access which is very inconvenient with left over food. The manager did not care to help us find parking when we checked in and the parking lots were full because they had extra 150 guests for a wedding. Why didn't they tell them... More

We try to use Best Western when we travel, as we are Rewards Members. This hotel was dirty. My daughter walked across the carpet upon our arrival and then showed us how black the bottoms of her brand new white socks had become. Needless to say, we kept our shoes on in our room for the remainder of our stay.... More

Avoid this hotel as it is really not for the average traveler. Their focus is on large tour groups and parties. Each night I felt unsafe and was forced to park down the street due to HUGE parties in the hotel. Police and fire were summoned for fights. Appeared to be feces in the doorway on checkout and trash everywhere.... More

Hotel clean, staff excellent. Beds and pillows not as good as other Best Western hotels. Found pillows to be like a polyester fiberfill and full of lumps. Strong deodorizing smell in lobby difficult for asthma. Hair found in scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet. Indoor pool very murky. Otherwise great stay.

When I came in I thought I would have a great stay. Was greeted by 2 friendly people behind the counter. that was the last of the friendly greeters. Was told there was hot breakfast buffet which was just the standard best western eggs and microwave sausage. Breakfast met the need, Room met the needs. The area stores don't seem... More

It has a nice appearance but its too small and crowded inside the rooms, it has a musty odor, the dining area doesn't accommodate the large number of guests and the pool is only open for a few, short hours.

If you're on a road trip in the D.C. / College Park area this is a nice value hotel. The only problem is the thermostat works poorly. I think I've experienced that problem at many Best Westerns. We asked for and recieved an extra blanket as the cold just came on coming out ot he A/C unit. I set the... More
