This hotel is adequate for lodging, but has some flaws. The entry door stuck so that I initially wondered if my card was not working. The air conditioning was noisy especially when it cycled on-and-off and the fan could not be run constantly to lessen the sound variation. These were minor but for $178 per night in the suburbs, you... more

Just came back from our 3 days visit in the area. We had 2 rooms. The hotel is just perfect, service is perfect and all together its hard to think about better accomodation for our family. more

We stayed at this facility last spring and chose it again for location. We were traveling south to Norfolk, VA, and needed a nice, clean room for the night and wanted to stay near the Bass Pro Shops at Arundel Mills. Frankly, we feel that all of the lodgings in this area are overpriced, it isn't just the Hampton Inn.... more

Our family recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites for 13 days and we had a wonderful experience. All of the hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The front desk staff: Michele, Myra, Amanda, and Landay were helpful and went out of their way to assist us with information and services. Also, the Assistant General Manager,... more

This was the second time we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Arundel Mills. It was our first stop of three on our way to Orlando. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful and our stay nice and quiet. We opted to eat at the local Golden Corral, which was just down the circle, the food... more

We stayed at this hotel while driving from Washington to Philadelphia. We came upon it accidentally, but it was a great place to stay. It would have been nice if we had time to go to the mall there, but we did not. It is a little odd how you have to drive through the mall parking lot to get... more

I stayed here after an evening in DC so that I could be close to Baltimore to get to my office the next morning. Found it to be very convenient from Route 295. My room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked very well (which was important on a hot & humid July day). The staff was friendly. Yummy... more

The thing I did not like was getting to the hotel, you need to go into a mall parking lot to access the hotel parking lot, durring prime times this is a pain. Saying that you can walk over to the mall after work for dinner, or just to walk around. The room was nice and had a few extras... more

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a short ride to M&T Stadium for our HS Marching Band. Did my homework thru TripAdvisor and once again was SO happy with my choice. Everything was terrific. This hotel was everything I'd hoped for and more. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby... more

Greeted warmly at the desk, and loved the large lobby with big screen TV. The rooms were new and clean. Breakfast was good. Free wireless internet access was very usefull. Basically in a large mall parking lot, so be ready for traffic, but also plenty of places to walk for food and entertainment. more
