Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel. Loved the decor and modern look, especially in the bathroom. Filling breakfast. Great service. Very close to a nice mall and an easy ride to the Inner Harbor. Only suggestion would be that they provide better DVD player instructions...it took a bit of time and 2 phone calls to the front desk to figure... more

Just returned from a weekend stay at Element Arundel Mills and I was totally satisfied with my stay. The rooms are straight out of an IKEA showroom and are quite comfortable. As always the Westin properties and their Heavenly Beds are great! The shuttle from BWI will save you a $30 taxi fare so use it! Call when you arrive... more

What a wonderful experience it was to stay for the weekend at the Element Arundel Mills. The staff is awesome, the exceeded all expectations and I truly enjoyed the uniqueness of this property. Room excellent, FREE breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the ability to "hang out" with the attached Aloft Arundel Mills hotel was AWESOME. Without a doubt,... more

I would have given it a 5 star had I had a well designed bathroom. The room was certainly decorated to my likings. The location was great, close to the airport but could be a little bit hard to spot if you are coming from the main road/street. It's very modern and European style. The wood floor feels cleaner than... more

My wife and I stayed here in May, apparently shortly after it opened. The common areas and rooms look like they were furnished by IKEA, ultramodern, all glass and metal. Large rooms. Seemed more oriented towards business travellers. Large fitness center. There were Internet terminals, not working. Some of the problems looked like growing pains - cabinets that did not... more

This is a great hotel. The front desk was always so friendly, the breakfast was surprisingly good with egg, ham, cheese and tomatoe on an English Muffin or breakfast burrito, cereal, danish, muffins, fruit, coffe, tea, juice. There were even light refreashments served in the afternoon. The rooms were so clean and the bathroom was amazing and super clean. The... more

This hotel felt clean from the front desk to the room. It had a very nice smell through out, and was just very relaxing. The outdoor patios were very welcoming and the pool actually had a lifeguard on duty. The shower was amazing, when you step into the room there is a beautiful hardwood floor and kitchen then a huge... more

Overall, our stay at the Element was pleasant. Despite it's proximity to BWI, the rooms were fairly quiet. The styling is very modern and looks like an Ikea store. The beds are soft and the showers hot. The breakfast spread was good and the fitness room looked very nice. My only real complaint was housekeeping. On the first day of... more
