We chose this hotel because of a very positive stay 14 months ago. However, this time it was ill prepared for our weekend stay, between a flood in the lobby, a snow storm and employees not showing up. We had a business meeting here today for the first time. From the minute I walked up to the hotel I loved the look. It was very inviting and welcoming. Overall this was a very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. I booked the "Celebrations" package for my myself and a guest. The hotel did not have the same list as it provided me with online as far as the extras that go along with the "Celebrations" package. My wife and I stayed the night before our trip to the Dominican. Great hotel! Clean, bar is small but decent and shuttle service to the airport was top notch. Always friendly and they get you there and pick you up in a timely manner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is centrally located near BWI, Arundel Mills Mall and the Rental Car facility. Which was important for our flights the next day. Garden Inn was quite nice. Check-in was fast and easy. Check-out was even easier. Only problem was the bed pillows which were too soft. We would have preferred four king pillows instead of two kings and two half size pillows. Hotel was very clean and ammenities looked attractive. Would definitely stay there again.
