Hotel as very clean at all times and the staff was always helpful. The food was great and the staff was on the ball. I don't know what else to say about this hotel and so far all of Hilton Garden Inn have been great.

check in time of 4 pm is a little later than usual...room was not ready when I arrived at 2:10...it was finally ready at 3:10 lobby and floor hall were in desperate need of vacuuming...shuttle driver was EXTREMELY friendly...breakfast was disorganized

The staff were polite and helpful. I called to say I was running late for a meeting and the desk lady pre-assigned my room to speed up the process. The bathroom had not been sanitized. There was blood on the toilet seat. I was offered free breakfast to compensate. Not good enough for me!

Over all room was to standard. Restaurant for breakfast not worth the price but dinner was good with exceptional service. waitress was very personable .. Stayed 7/28 & 7/29 waitress was reason I came back to restaurant on the second day instead of eating out.
