The hotel was ok. The room was clean, but the hotel is dated. The pool area is small and not the greatest for little kids. The pool area was out of towls. The building had a strange smell to it and was being remodelled. The breakfast was not that great. The area of town it was in was not that... more

Was visiting family for the holidays and needed a place to rest. The Comfort Inn was clean, quiet and inexpensive. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which was a treat. The continental breakfast was nice, and the hotel staff were friendly and business-like. more

I must first congratulate the staff of the Comfort Suites in Hagerstown. I came to this beautiful town with my family during vacation. The hotel had all the amenities you could possibly ask for. It was within driving distance of historical civil war landmarks. I am actually a very tough critic when it comes to hotels, so when I say... more

This was the second time we stayed at this particular hotel and found it just as comfortable the second time as the first. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and spaceous with a king sized bed and 2 comfy upholstered rockers. The bathroom was roomy and well stocked with towels and basic toiletries. The morning buffet... more

When we checked in, we were greeted by a receptionist who remembered us, even though we hadn't been there in a year. We found that there had been a number of upgrades made to the property. it's very attractive and modern now. It's a great place to stay if you're in the area. more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week in late October. We were in the first floor disabled room and it was more than adequate. The roll in shower is wonderful and the beds are extremely comfortable. Any requests were handled promptly by the front desk staff and the room was very large and very clean. The... more

“All-nonsmoking hotel” the ad said. “Comfort,” the name implied. We pulled in at about 10:30 p.m. after a long day on the road expecting a better-than-average night’s rest. In fact, as if in an episode of The Twilight Zone, we were about to embark on a journey through bizarre rooms with unusual odors, poor maintenance, and defensive, disinterested management. The... more

We had a short one night stay over the 4th weekend. We chose this hotel based on the reviews, plus we had some expiring points to use. We were very satisfied. The room was large & spacious with the extra sitting room. All the furnishings looked new, especially the bedding - which I found very comfortable. It was also nice... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night and our stay was very pleasant! We went shopping at the outlets and to a Hagerstown Suns game, and the hotel was close to both, as well as to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant where we ate dinner. When we arrived, we were assigned a room which was not cleaned (the sheets were... more

My wife and kids are used to staying at Choice Hotel brands throughout the country when we are visiting family, or simply just on vacation. I have traveled from California to New York, and I just trust the Choice Hotel brand so much, since it has been very appreciative of my family and I. This Comfort Suites we stayed in... more
