My husband and I broke our trip to Williamsburg in Hagerstown, Maryland. This particualr Hampton was less expensive than another in this town, plus being close to the highway were reasons we chose it. It's a mile off I-70, near I-80, convenient for us traveling from the North. It's an older Hampton, though kept up pretty well. Check in was... more

I had a banquet that I had to attend that was on the eastern side of the state then travel to Hagerstown for a 9 AM meeting. I arrived at the Hampton Inn at 10:43 PM. I had made reservations. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean, and had a refrigerator which was nice. The king size bed was... more

We needed a place to stay while in town for a wedding. The Hampton Inn was priced in line with other hotels in the area. I picked it based on a very good experience at a Hampton Inn in Iowa. (The Iowa stay was my first experience at a Hampton Inn.) Room was clean. Bathroom was small but serviceable and... more

Driving back to NY from NC, the children had just about as much riding as they could handle for the day, so Hagerstown was the stop we decided to make. I had my brother peruse Tripadvisor while on the phone with him and he came up with the top three in the area. I decided to choose the first of... more

It was my first stay at the Hampton. I booked my stay after reading all the good reviews on this website. It was better then what I had expected. Hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I don't think I have anything negative to say about the place even if I want to. more

We needed a place to stay on the way to Rehoboth Beach, and this was pretty close to the middle. I checked on tripadvisor for reviews and I have to agree with everyone that this is a very nice place. Clean, great service. The employees that ran the breakfast on Saturdays mornings were great, very personable, helpful and great with... more

My family and I stayed here for only one night...on our way to Ocean City MD. I was very impressed. The rooms were clean. The out door pool was awesome. Very close to the highway. Only issue was the free breakfast in the morning. The place was jammed with guests. There was hardly any food left. I think we only... more

Stayed here again 04/07 - still a great value, with clean & comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only issue was a lot of road noise (sounded like a lot of motorcycles, so maybe a motorcyclists convention in town?), but turning on the fan drowned it out. more

I really enjoyed my stay here. During a not so good experience at another hotel, we were glad to be able to stay at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was friendly & inviting. Very clean establishment. Just beautiful & comfortable. Would recommend to all. more

My husband and I stayed here when we came to the States to visit relatives in Maryland, Washington and West Virginia. The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in the amount of choice offered. The room was peaceful, clean and spacious. The location is good, set far enough back from the road to be quiet but... more
