We bid on price line for this hotel and paid half price..got to the hotel between 8 and 9pm. The lady at the desk (feb 3rd)...ROCKED! Guided us to some great food and helped us with our sleeping arrangements. Our kids even loved her:) We will definitely stay here again. More

Over the week-end I had 4 out of town guests. Since that was more than I could accommodate I checked 3 of the hotels in my area. The Grand Venice looked the best however there was a lot of negative reviews from last year. In spite of this I decided to give it a try with the hopes that things... More

We went on Pro line and bid $40 and we get a 3 star hotel at a 2 star rate. Excellent and accommodating staff. More

My wife and I took a weekend break in the Cumberland Valley and found this hotel to be a good location for exploring Hagerstown and the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was fast. Every item was in good order. It would have been nice to have an LCD TV rather than the old style... More

Decent overall Clean hotel, friendly desk, comfy bed and spacious room. The basics for a quick overnight between meetings, and got it at a great price on Expedia Near Downtown area but lots of dinner options nearby. Breakfast was basic plus waffles...Yogurt was expired by a few days and yucky:( About 10 minutes from the mall. I'd stay again if... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our way home from a long trip. In many ways it exceeded our expectations. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. Overall, this property is well-maintained. It helps that it is also close to (within walking distance) of several restaurants and... More

I only stayed in this hotel for one night. I just needed to get away so I booked a jacuzzi suite. I was welcomed by a very friendly woman at the front desk. She made check in and out a breeze. The room was clean and very spacious. And the jacuzzi is just what I needed to relax even if... More

My family and I have been staying at the Best Western Grand Venice for a couple of years now. On an average we stay about 5-10 nights a month and never are we disappointed with the hotel or the service that we receive. The staff there always goes out of their way to accommodate my family and I. The operation... More

I am what people call a "Road Warrior". I travel for business normally four days a week. I first stayed at the Best Western Grand Venice in September. Since then, I have stayed there four or five more times. I really like this hotel. From the smile on Calvin and Michelle's face at the Front Desk, to the extremely helpful... More

I got a great deal on this hotel. I read all the reviews before hand, and I do agree that it's not in the best part of town but that's a chance you take when you travel. I booked a King Suite with a jacuzzi in it. The room was huge, had plenty of natural light, was clean and comfortable.... More
