We stayed at springhill suites Hagerstown on our way to NY. WE LOVED It! We even stayed on the return trip. We will always stay here from now on. We are a germaphobic family of 5 and that is the most important thing to us. The room was very clean the beds smelled so bleachy clean and fresh. The beds... More

Stayed here for one night as we were passing through on our way to western North Carolina. I am a Marriott Rewards customer, so was able to stay with points. The location of the hotel was fine - right off of I-81. We were exhausted when we checked in. We simply wanted a quick dinner and a good nights sleep... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night-had to leave for home emergency after that-but one night would have been enough anyway. We requested a room away from the hwy-and you guessed it they ended up giving us a room right off the interstate-noise from trucks all night was incredible. Even worse was the noisy old fashioned heat sysyem... More

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the time i checked in till when we left, everyone was so nice and so helpful. Was there with family for a Southern Regional JR. Olympics track meet---3 nights. The people at the desk--all shifts---could not have been nicer. Every request was met with a smile and efficiency. Was very clean. Breakfast very... More

Stayed here on way back from North Carolina. Rooms are VERY comfortable and no complaints. Beds are the sink into them kind and you never want to get up. Pool is suited for kids and is shallow for good swimming for them. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel for a dinner after you check in. Breakfast is a tradiotional... More

My husband and I stayed here overnight from 8/28-8/29/2010. We decided to go to Hagerstown for our 12th anniversary - to do some shopping and then head over to Hancock for bike riding on the Rail Trail. This hotel met our needs and then some. The room was clean - so much cleaner than any of the hotels we've ever... More

Was in Hagerstown for a wedding. This hotel was chosen for all out-of-town guests (good group rate). Very happy with the property: located near I-70 and I-81, adjacent to the Valley Mall (easy for salon appointments and last-minute purchases), friendly/courteous/efficient staff, clean rooms and public areas. I like Springhill Suites in general and this location did not disappoint. P.S.: It... More

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed. This is the first time I've stayed at a Springhill Suites. Very spacious accomodations with a nice sitting room with a desk, sofa and chair, sufficient lighting, microwave and fridge. The bedroom had 2 very comfortable queen beds with a nice bathroom. The room (entire hotel) was very clean. Two computers... More

We stayed at this hotel on our way back to Ohio. The route from Cleveland to VA Beach is a tough one in terms of where to stay if you don't want to drve it in one day. It looks like this is a pretty busy exit as there is a mall right next to the Springhill and they are... More
