I visited this hotel while I was in hagerstown on business. I arrived around 7pm and was greeted by a very friendly person at the desk. The room was small but very clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the heater was making noises all night. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and once again, we were not disappointed. Although we live locally, we use Sleep Inn as a fun break from regular life. When you enter the lobby, it is nicely decorated and very clean. It SMELLS clean which is awesome. I have always been greeted by very friendly staff at the desk... More

We take my son from Ohio to DC a couple times a year and like stopping in Hagerstown on our way back home. We chose this hotel for this trip because we wanted a pool/ hot tub and a jacuzzi in our suite. The room was large and cold when we first arrived, but it warmed up nicely while we... More

I've been stuck in Hagerstown for several days due to the blizzard. The staff was so helpful and absolutely amazing, despite the fact that they were also stuck here from Thursday until this morning (Monday). Four days of insanity and Sue, Sam, and Jodi made sure that myself and the rest of the guests had everything taken care of. Sam... More

We recently stopped here on our way from NYC to Charlotte. Hagerstown is a nice sort of half way point. Traveling with a dog makes things tricky, but this hotel was perfect. They had no problem with the pup, in fact it seemed that there were a ton of them there. The rooms were very clean, no frills, and pretty... More

Great stay... front desk clerk was very pleasant, helpful, and great smile, she made me feel welcomed when I walked in around 345pm, comfy beds and awesome breakfast, the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the Housekeeping manager, some conversations are not meant for work and especially not in front guest, I really didnt want to here... One thing about this hotel is that THEY TRY! There was a problem with the elevator when we got there and again during our 5 day stay but at least the place was clean. It could use an updating but it was lighted well. I did find the bed a bit disappointing (woke with a stiff back most days)but I... More

We call this hotel the Sheep Inn, there's a lovely pastoral view of a farm in the back. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good location off Interstate 70 west, with a Cracker Barrel in the front yard, rooms are great for Boomers. The outlets are just a minute down the road with country roads closeby for a Sunday... Stayed here after being at Colorfest, we were very tired and weary and went to check in at around 4:00 only to be told that none of the king suites were cleaned yet. After a short wait are room was finally ready. They had major issues with the elevator, as it vibrated and shook the whole time . Room was... More

We had a mix up with reservations, using booking.com, so when we arrived at this motel the women at the front desk were extremely rude to my wife, luckily booking.com fixed everything and we ended up staying at Motel 6. Saved 60 bucks and avoided a couple jerks.
