3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

A little understaffed but the desk staff were very nice and helpful. I changed my restaurant from regular booking to points and I went smoothly. Lobby is really nice. Very modern and new. Although we didn't eat breakfast there it looks real good. Room was spacious and bathrooms were satisfactory. Beds were below average and pillows were quite bad. Not... More

We stopped overnight on a trip to NC and appreciated the quick check in, hotel cleanliness and easy on off location off I-81. The only downfall is this new courtyard bistro that does not offer continental breakfast. Our stay was perfectly pleasent other than that.

I like Courtyards for value. Once in a awhile I run into a gem. This is one. Huge lobby, work spaces attractive Bistro area, large rooms, and extra friendly staff. Location. Not so much. Imbedded in some ugly overly complex mega concrete shopping mall. The hotel however is above average for a Courtyard. The large walk in shower is pretty... More

This Courtyard room is like most of them in terms of decor, but it was so large and laid out so nicely with small area spotlights and architectural touches that it looked like an expensive hotel. Bathroom was also roomy. There was a large built-in closet next to the desk area that had HOOKS - something sadly lacking in most... More

Another reliable Courtyard. You know what to expect. This chain really does understand the things that are needed by travelers. Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, convenient, free wifi. Usually a bit more expensive than some, but also worth it. In this case the Courtyard is much more convenient than the Hampton Inn. And less expensive too! No free coffee in the... More

This property is very conveniently located to the highway and in a mall area with plenty of options for eating and drinking. It is a clean and modern property and well kept. Price was reasonable, $109 / night, I called Marriott reservations from the parking lot when I drove in and reserved. I'd recommend it for business or families.

I would have to say that my experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Hagerstown was very good. In fact I would have given it an excellent rating if it weren't for a few things I thought they could improve upon. I should probably start by saying that this hotel is one of the most modern places I have had the... More

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Indoor pool/whirlpool and gym were well maintained. Good value. No free breakfast but Starbucks coffee/breakfast items for sale in the lobby. Convenient to I-70/81. Restaurants nearby at the mall. C&O canal towpath is only a few miles down the road.

We have stayed in this hotel three times in connection with visits to our son's nearby boarding school. They recommended this hotel to us. The hotel is clean and feels like it is only a few years old or a few years since its last renovation. I do not believe that Hagerstown has any five star hotels. So, I suspect... More

Travel 81 frequently and have our usual hotels we choose from. Our favorite was booked so we traveled a little further and tried the Courtyard. Great choice. Hotel in great shape, modern and clean. King room was nice, roomy and clean. Walk in shower was large and room very quiet. Towels were large which is a rarity at hotels anymore.... More
