I wanted a day to get away and just relax. Courtyard Hagerstown was perfect. I booked a king room with a sofabed and the minute I walked in I was impressed. The lobby is beautiful and has a very comfortable feel to it. There is also a lounge and a bistro. The only thing I was disappointed about was the... More

All good. Very clean and good friendly service. Airco in room was a bit noisy. But they always seem to be. Breakfast is served at the counter. It worked well for me but might not be for everyone. Particularly if they have a rush on. Unfortunately I have left a jumper and shirt in the room and have not heard... More

stayed one night on business in February 2015. The hotel looks like it is reasonably new and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and seem upgraded versus other Courtyards and also very nice bar and restaurant onsite.

When traveling, Courtyard by Marriott is the brand I look for first. This was my first time passing through Hagerstown and I was delighted to see the familiar logo. Check-in was smooth and flawless. The desk clerk went above and beyond helpful, courteous, and kind. The room was spectacular: clean and beautifully furnished, airy (very tall ceilings), and the bed... More

I was travelling home by car from Beaufort, SC to Boston after the Christmas holiday and avoiding the I95 corridor at all costs. The Courtyard Hagerstown is right off 81N and easy to get to. It is conveniently located in a Mall parking lot so you have options for dinner. I ate at the bistro since I was so tired... More

A little understaffed but the desk staff were very nice and helpful. I changed my restaurant from regular booking to points and I went smoothly. Lobby is really nice. Very modern and new. Although we didn't eat breakfast there it looks real good. Room was spacious and bathrooms were satisfactory. Beds were below average and pillows were quite bad. Not... More

We stopped overnight on a trip to NC and appreciated the quick check in, hotel cleanliness and easy on off location off I-81. The only downfall is this new courtyard bistro that does not offer continental breakfast. Our stay was perfectly pleasent other than that.

I like Courtyards for value. Once in a awhile I run into a gem. This is one. Huge lobby, work spaces attractive Bistro area, large rooms, and extra friendly staff. Location. Not so much. Imbedded in some ugly overly complex mega concrete shopping mall. The hotel however is above average for a Courtyard. The large walk in shower is pretty... More

This Courtyard room is like most of them in terms of decor, but it was so large and laid out so nicely with small area spotlights and architectural touches that it looked like an expensive hotel. Bathroom was also roomy. There was a large built-in closet next to the desk area that had HOOKS - something sadly lacking in most... More

Another reliable Courtyard. You know what to expect. This chain really does understand the things that are needed by travelers. Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, convenient, free wifi. Usually a bit more expensive than some, but also worth it. In this case the Courtyard is much more convenient than the Hampton Inn. And less expensive too! No free coffee in the... More
