We went to this campground several times after we bought our first travel trailer, until we started comparing this to other campgrounds. They compliment themselves as having a rustic campground, when in fact, it's just outdated. Very little money goes back into the campground--no heat or a/c in bathhouses, or community hall, average price for W&E hook-ups, activities are similiar... More

New owner. Office staff was courteous. Needs some improvement. Gravel sites are not level. Right by the expressway so it is noisy. There are RV's and Campers in there as fulltime sites, these need so tlc. Bathrooms were clean. It was a convenient on and off campground to the expressway.

We have stayed at holiday park a few times because of the convenience. It is literally like taking a step back in time... Thus the twilight zone.they are so out of touch to the next generation. Kids weekends have no real activities. It seems they are trying to do the least amount of work to be qualified as a good... More

This is a nice family campground. We have camped here several times, usually about 2-3 weekends a year. The bathrooms are fairly clean but need some up-dates along with heat and a/c. They have nice play areas for the kids. We camped at Holiday Park this weekend. The owners made a rainy Halloween weekend turn out very nice with a... More

We reserved a camping spot here for Memorial Day weekend. We requested and were originally assigned a camping spot on the river. We got a call, just after sending the deposit that the spot they gave us was double booked but they would give us a site right across the street from the one we thought we booked. Turns out... More

The staff were very friendly and worked hard to keep the grounds clean; while making sure you had everything that you need. They provide on-site pumping services for a small charge. The campground is quiet with most of the sites being occupied by seasonal campers. There are plenty of trees providing each site with plenty of shade. Our stay was... More

Staff is very friendly, more than willing to accomodate you. From pump service, ice, wood and camping necessities. Plenty of extras to do biking, swimming, nature trail, volleyball and church service on sundays. About 20-30 minutes from Dupont Hwy. Love the scenery of all the farmhouses and acreage of land.

This park is in a good location for travel to St Michaels and other towns on the Chesapeake but is quite remote when it comes to restaurants and shopping. The sites are heavily treed and are very dark. Not many sites for large rigs and most sites are occupied by seasonal members. Staff very nice and professional. Ok for an... More
