I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and this one is by far the worse! The hotel is in a mall. Not very pleasant on the outside at all. The room is very small. The bathroom is designed for a midget. I'm not kidding! I'm 5'3 and I had to bend all the way down to wash my face in... more

I stayed at the Glen Burnie Hampton Inn because I figured I'd take advantage of their rates, which were lower than comparable hotels nearer to BWI. I needed free internet access and free access to toll free calls, which I knew Hamptons provided. I was surprised at how long it took to drive from the airport rental car area to... more

My wife and I had a great time-- the staff at this hotel were great and I guess the renovations mentioned prior are over because I found it very clean and the decor was very updated. I would certainly stay there again more

Bad location. This hotel was also under construction while I was there but my room had been completed a month or so prior to my visit. The room was dirty, the bathroom had enough hair on the floor to make a multi color wig, every corner was dirty and I cant find the words to describe the various odd odors... more

Ok, not a 5 star resort, but for a quick stay it is fine. The staff went out of their way, and really made this place earn an extra star. When my husband and I drove up we were terrified. The locate isn't so pretty, and the outside of this hotel is pretty bad. Once inside we were pleasently surprised... more

We stayed at this hotel because there was nothing available in Baltimore for the night of the Kenny Chesney concert at M & T Stadium. We checked in early, the room was alright, smelled a little moldy throughout the hotel but it was alright..we were only going to be there one night. We checked out, put our bags in the... more

When I made the reservation online from the picture the hotel looked nice, but it was not. The room was run down. The chair was stained and the bed sheet were yellow with an unpleasant odor, and the TV was old with bad reception. It should be called Motel Inn not Hampton Inn. I can't believe such hotel is an... more

Overnight stay. Room in the 4th floor. As soon as you got out the elevator you could smell mildew. The room was clean, but I did not like the bed, too soft. In the bathroom you could see mildew on the ceiling; and the sink was starting to clog. The ladies tha work the breakfast are very helpful and friendly. more

I could not believe this was a Hampton Inn. It's basically an old run-down hotel with some new features, but it does not represent the quality of most Hampton Inns. Old, loud, not friendly, and over-priced. I'd suggested staying elsewhere. more

We stayed here for an extended weekend, and had several problems. The linens all smelled like mildew, the bathroom had mold growing in the grout, the front desk could not help us with maps of the area. We moved a piece of furniture to fit a roll-away bed into the room, and there were piles of food and dead bugs... more
