The main floor of this Inn is BEAUTIFUL! Then... you head up to your room, which isn't bad, butyou can hear every, single noise that there is to hear. Of course there was a wedding there, great place to have one... but when you hear wedding guests all night, it sounds like they are right in the room with you,... More

This hotel is a wedding reception mill on weekends, with all the bells whistles and non-sense that goes with it. This includes the inundated common areas, closure of the nicest parts of the hotel to other guests, and drunk knuckleheads roaming the halls at 2 and 3 AM in the morning acting like it is mid-afternoon. Add to that the... More

Really liked the Tidewater Inn. It was located wonderfully in the small town. My husband is handicapped so it really was nice to be able to wheel his wheelchair around the small places to shop and eat. The inn's staff were very nice. The room is a nice size, but as other people have commented, the bathrooms are very small.

When I first visited the Tidewater in June of last year, I believed I had found the perfect small-town inn full of grace and comfort where I could bring my group year after year. My guests and I all had an exceptional time and left satisfied in every way though some did comment on the tired condition of the rooms.... More

This is an absolutely lovely hotel that has a vibe that you can't match at even the most luxurious big chain hotels. It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything in Easton! Highly recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend away.

A beautiful inn and a lovely town. However, the inn is now a bit dated and service not up to par. Carpets were filthy. One person in our group didn't get her room changed, when she called front desk she was told all housekeeping had left for the day. No one on staff could get fresh towels to the room... More

We appreciate you taking the time to review our property on Trip Advisor. However, we were deeply disapppointed to hear of these experiences as we were not made aware of them during your stay. We have made several attempts to contact your group coordinator and have been unable to speak with her personally. If you would be so kind as... More

Hotel has a great location in historic Easton. We stayed for one night on our way elsewhere. The hotel is charming in its way, but the room we stayed in was small and the bed was very average. We paid for the breakfast buffet in the morning, it was really overpriced and not of great quality. The person at the... More

The Tidewater Inn has been there since 1712 and is on the register of historic inns. It has maintained its charm, especially on level one. Although the rooms could use a little updating (e.g., carpeting), the Tidewater Inn maintains such civility that one overlooks such needs (especially for a short stay). In the very center of Easton, the Tidewater Inn... More

We just spent a Sunday night in one of the queen suites along with our pooch while my sister and brother-in-law took a master king suite. Both were very impressive in layout, furnishings and amenities. There were plenty of unused electric outlets. And there are many comments in other reviews of this property about limitations regarding in-room temperature control. All... More

Historic downtown Easton in around 6 blocks by 4 blocks, and the Tidewater Inn is right in the heart of it. The staff was warm and welcoming, and at the same time very professional. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable. The WIFI was slow but refreshingly free, so I'll call that a draw. You can't regulate the AC from... More
