Hotel has a great location in historic Easton. We stayed for one night on our way elsewhere. The hotel is charming in its way, but the room we stayed in was small and the bed was very average. We paid for the breakfast buffet in the morning, it was really overpriced and not of great quality. The person at the... More

The Tidewater Inn has been there since 1712 and is on the register of historic inns. It has maintained its charm, especially on level one. Although the rooms could use a little updating (e.g., carpeting), the Tidewater Inn maintains such civility that one overlooks such needs (especially for a short stay). In the very center of Easton, the Tidewater Inn... More

We just spent a Sunday night in one of the queen suites along with our pooch while my sister and brother-in-law took a master king suite. Both were very impressive in layout, furnishings and amenities. There were plenty of unused electric outlets. And there are many comments in other reviews of this property about limitations regarding in-room temperature control. All... More

Historic downtown Easton in around 6 blocks by 4 blocks, and the Tidewater Inn is right in the heart of it. The staff was warm and welcoming, and at the same time very professional. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable. The WIFI was slow but refreshingly free, so I'll call that a draw. You can't regulate the AC from... More

The Tidewater is a well maintained older hotel at an excellent location. Beautiful mix of historic design in main area and the modern feel of restaurant and tavern. Nice amenities like the fresh fruit flavored water available all day, complimentary coffee in the morning, and free wi-fi. Bathrooms are small (especially sink) but very clean. The room temperature control is... More

My wife and I stayed at the historic Tidewater Inn to celebrate the wedding of our niece, Ashlyn. Accepting the fact that the Inn is an "historic" inn, I was surprised to find out that 1949, when it was built, is considered historic. Being that I was three years old when it was built, I wonder if I'm considered pre-historic.... More

Stayed there one night on July 3rd on way to Ocean City, Maryland. Hotel is ideally situated in middle of the town of Easton. There is free parking in the back of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed in their master suite which I would highly recommend. It is very spacious with separate bedroom. Room was very... More

We recently stayed at the Tidewater for a family wedding and found it to be a nice hotel. We had a suite, which was spacious and comfortable for hanging out, and nice to have two bathrooms. Nice. helpful staff, clearly used to weddings and events! Great location in a charming little town with a charming farmers' market and cute shops.... More

We had a lovely overnight at the Tidewater Inn. We were on our way to Bethany Beach Delaware and decided to spend a night in Easton. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the area

Enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. Suite room was very comfortable and spacious. There is a level of attention at this hotel that surpassed expectations, from the front desk, wait staff to the manager. The management was quick to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast buffet. Great charm and great location.
