We decided to take a little two night mid-week mini-vacation at Brampton before picking up our daughter at nearby Washington College. The Inn did not disappoint. There are various teas, soda and wine available most of the time, along with nice little cakes and cookies. We actually found the standard items better then the afternoon tea snack. Breakfast was also... more

We spent a weekend at the Brampton Inn and had a wonderful time. The accomodations were first class, breakfast and tea were delicious and the ammenities (complimentary beer, wine, soda, beverages, cookies, etc) made us feel welcome and at home. Danielle is an excellent hostess and cook. We recommend the Inn to anyone who wants to relax at a great... more

My husband and I "won" a night at the Brampton Inn through a silent auction for charity, but they were as warm and welcoming as if we were regular guest, offering advice on local activities and restaurants, giving us the run of the property, and offering wonderful food and drink available any time! We were just there one night, but... more

What a wonderful weekend away. The website inticed and we are so glad that we picked the Brampton to visit. The Sunset Room was just right for the weekend and the fireplace added an extra, special touch. The staff and food were excellent, also. Friendly but not intrusive. more

My husband and I were looking for a retreat last minute and instead of doing a generic hotel found the Brampton Inn online. The web page was super easy and I could see each room. In less than 24 hours we had the room we wanted. The Inn sets on acres of woods, a pond and fields-- esquisite for short... more

My husband and I stayed at Brampton Inn for an anniversary getaway weekend and couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. The rooms were lovely, with generous amenities like cozy robes, a wonderfully built fire in each room, sherry, an endless cookie jar, and so many other warm touches. Each morning's breakfast was made-to-order and delicious, with homemade jams,... more

My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband, just returned from a 3-night stay at the Brampton Inn in Maryland. We were celebrating our wedding anniversaries together. As soon as we entered the inn, we knew we were in for a treat. We were greeted by Rita who showed us our rooms and the common areas of... more

The Brampton Inn is awesome & georgeous!! My husband & I stayed for two nights to celebrate our 1 yr wedding anniversary. The place is totally worth every penny. Chestertown is an antique town with great food. If you go one must check out the Fish Whistle & Brooks for food. The owners & inn keeper at Brampton are extremely... more

We spent two relaxing nights at the Brampton. We can't say enough about our stay, from the tea and sweets at check-in, our second floor room with private staircase, comfy king bed, awesome shower, the porch swing on the veranda, delicious breakfasts, and the friendly service...everything was wonderful. We hope to return soon! more

We had a wonderful weekend at the Brampton Inn, which is a beautifully restored inn, with all the modern amenities travellers want. The owners, Danielle and Rita, warmly welcome you, and professionally provide a top-notch vacation experience. The rooms are spacious, graciously appointed, and include jacuzzi tubs, heated towel bars, and very comfortable beds. The innkeepers have thought of everything,... more
