The Ship Watch Inn is in the beautiful town of Chesapeake City, MD. The inn sits right by the water, and there are beautiful water front views from every room. Our room was lovely, clean, with a very comfortable king bed, nice linens, and jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was delicious, and was served on the first floor porch. You may also... More

We love this place! We have stayed overnight for our anniversary and recently celebrated our 30th at the ship watch. We usually go over to the Chesapeake inn for food, drinks and entertainment. Innkeeper was very friendly and made you feel at home. Breakfast was nice on the porch outside our room. Can't wait for the next visit!

I stay here overnight when things get too hectic at home. I stay here longer when I need a mini-vacation. I love it. Contrary to one review, you can reach management after 5 by calling the number on the front door code card.

200 miles into a 400 mile bike trip we had the good fortune of staying at the Ship Watch. It exceeded all expectations. The rooms are large, the porches/balconies offer great views. The amenities top-notch. A hidden gem that offers a great value!

Very nice place , where everything is okay . Friendly atmosphere, clean and comfotable rooms with a lovely porch . Brealfast is homemade and Chesepeake City ( south ) is worth a visit . Try the icecreams nearby !

Recently enjoyed three relaxing nights at this B&B. Comfortable, well appointed rooms, clean baths and access to a porch overlooking the C&D canal. Watch the enormous cargo ships or barges float buy, see and hear fish jump, enjoy a glorious sunrise or sunset right from your door! Wow!

Lovely inn with a fabulous view, but after 5pm the inn is locked up and a code is given to guest. The problem with this is there is no innkeeper at night to manage goings on in the inn. So if you have noisy guest ( a party of 4) chatting it up till 2am in the morning with the... More

The Ship Watch Inn is the perfect spot for a weekend get away. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The view and sunset were beautiful. I highly recommend the inn! We will go back again. The staff was very pleasant and Chesapeake City is a cute little town.

Great location right on the water. Easy walking to shops and bars. Air conditioning was a little subpar and no way to make my room cooler (I like to be chilly while sleeping). Friendly staff. The kitchen was closed during my stay so they offered vouchers for breakfast at the Bohemia café across the street which was wonderful.

My daughter got married at the Chesapeake Inn so we stayed at the Shipwatch Inn. What a wonderful place! The views from our balcony were beautiful! The room was elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were awesome. I would highly recommend the Shipwatch to anyone.
