Spent 3 glorious days in this little bit of heaven! The staff is bent on making each guest feel like a VIP. Nikishia checked us in and was warm, friendly, and informative. We had a slight hiccup with our reservation and Sue came to our rescue and smoothed out all the details so that our trip wasn't ruined. Ray at... More

Really nice hotel, although it is VERY pricey, located on the water in Cambridge, MD. We got one of the family suites with bunk beds, which my teenage daughters loved (I think 'suite' is a bit of a misnomer, though, since it is one big room). The pools always seemed to be closed for one reason or another, although they... More

Great location and a excellent choice to relax. The place makes you chilled as soon as you arrive. Lots of beds that were comfortable by the pool. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities.Buffet breakfast had a good choice and what you didn't eat you could take a carry out worth a try. Only... More

We spent 3 days at the Hyatt in Cambridge and enjoyed our stay very much. We arrived several hours before check in, and enjoyed the pool while we waited for our room. The front desk called us when the room was ready and we had a wonderful view of the water. The room was quiet, the air conditioning felt great,... More

Excellent choice to relax and recharge. Only three hours from Philadelphia the Hyatt is the place for families or couples. There are are inside and outside pools as well as an 18 hole golf course. There are a variety of water sports and activities available for children. For boaters there are slips available for rent and a private beach. This... More

We had a beautiful room view. My son and nephews didn't want to come back home. The hotel caters to families and has lots of activities for children. We were able to relax by the pool knowing that there were various lifeguards by the pool. This was our second time there and we are planing to come back.

The A/C barely worked, it literally took over 24 hours to cool the room. Hallways are extremely hot and humid. Flies all over the bar and several common areas. Staff are either very friendly or extremely disengaged. The staff in the convenience store were the friendliest and most efficient I have seen in a hotel for some time. Location is... More

our group of 9 consisted of our 2 adult children and their families (each have 2 children) and us (the grandparents). We all had a great time. The large pool with a slide was a hit with everyone. We played mini-golf. The kids enjoyed the large grassy area where they played football with Grandpa. We had the package that included... More

Just returned from our second stay. An excellent family vacation. We played tennis, played basketball, took walks, and relaxed at the pools. Service was excellent and very attentive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed here for a wedding and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredible and friendly and the food/drinks were on point. We booked a room with water view and deck but the deck was a little disappointing in that it was basically a grate with no table or chairs to enjoy the view. Other than the deck... More
