The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed; the lobby is comfortable with a good lounge; and the location is convenient if you are visiting the MD part of the DC area. And all this at a very reasonable price. My only critique of this Marriott is the chain's annoying practice of trying to charge you $13/day for internet... More

The very low rate that I paid for the room ($89) saved the overall rating. Because it's such a good value, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. The room was ok. Calling it a "suite" is somewhat incorrect; although it is two rooms, both rooms are so small, although I guess technically it is a suite. The... More

This property would easily qualify as very good or excellent, if it weren't for multiple service failures. As I was unpacking on the first day, I noticed that the carpet near the sink area was wet. I assumed that a previous guest had spilled something and that it was drying. When I returned to the room the next day, I... More

Make no mistake about it: This is a first class hotel with a super convenient location near the intersection of 270 and the Beltway. We stayed there over an April weekend and got into Georgetown in about 20 minutes. We also found the gym to have top-flight equipment and the room to be quite spacious and the beds comfortable. There... More

Stayed at the BMS for business. I had forgotten my cell phone charger at home, and upon arrival, I had asked the lady at check-in if they had any spare chargers that I could borrow (I figured housekeeping finds left-behind chargers in rooms). She said she would check with housekeeping, but then the next thing I know, she reaches into... More

Very clean, staff always there to help even gave us a discount on parking. Rooms are big, asked for a top floor and got it. All that for a low cost giving this one a 9/10. Shuttle service always on time and very helpful.

I stayed at the Bethesda Marriott Suites on a local getaway with family members. The location is great! It is walking distance to the Bethesda Metro Station and Bethesda Row with almost every kind of restaurant you can imagine. The suites are very comfortable and easily accomodate three adults. There is a mini kitchen with dishwasher/refrigerator/2 burner stove top, microwave,... More

All the rooms are divided into two rooms (tv in each); bedroom and living area with glass doors in between. Good size room, SUPER helpful staff, fairly close to metro. Breakfast in the hotel was overpriced (no surprise), ended up going to Silver Diner for breakfast (worth the drive). The pull out bed sucks . . . get the trundle... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past year for weekend trips to DC. I usually like to stay downtown when I am visiting DC but this area is convenient and the hotel is a short ride to the Metro. The rooms are roomy and clean and have nice amenities. I especially like that all are suites since... More

Rather noisy in the rooms, easily hearing flushing toilets, faucets and showers turning on and off, and the doors that slam when shut, if one lets them...otherwise perfectly fine place to stay if one has a few days need to be in the area...
