We spent several nights at this charming Inn. York Harbor Inn consists of several buildings; we stayed in a building several blocks away from the main building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. Very pet friendly. Would stay here again.

my husband and I stayed 5 nights on the third floor in mid October. we had a small balcony overlooking the ocean. it was nice to hear the surf when waking up and to enjoy cocktails on the balcony at dusk. traffic noises can be annoying but did not prevent us from enjoying our balcony or room. a couple of... The luxury room was lovely with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Our room was older and in need of new windows (ocean and traffic noise could be heard but didn't disturb sleep). Housekeeping does a great job of keeping the homey environment clean. The bed was comfy and we slept well every night of our 4 nights there. The added... More

We were there for our anniversary and we enjoyed the walk through the park and on the beach. The lounge and the restaurant food was very good and the service was very good. Our room was small but had an ocean view which was a bonus. We will return again.

Stayed in October. Great location near a lovely beach with a lighthouse in the diatance. Room was clean with a gas fireplace - a nice touch. Parking was easy and they had cider in the lobby. Nice breakfast included. Bagels, muffins, and homemade granola among other things were available. Quite simply there was nothing to find fault with. We hope... More

This hotel is old and shows it's age but the bathrooms have been remodeled and everything is clean. The location can't be eat for the beach, restaurants, etc! Some rooms have kitchenettes some do not. The pool is nice and was warm even in September.

Think along the lines of a B and B. The rooms are different from each other; some will have jacuzzis, some have fireplaces, some are tiny little closets. The key word is "cozy." It's a far better leisure hotel than business. My room was an OK size with a small desk and - best part, if I'd had the chance... More

This past weekend, my wife and I (and our small dog) escaped to the coast of Maine for much needed and most enjoyable 35 wedding anniversary. The Inn's guest service is exceptional, they were booked but got us into a pet friendly room for Friday night only but assured us if something opened then they would let us know Saturday... More

We booked one of the "luxury" rooms and it was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, gas fireplace took chill off room and bathroom was large and clean. Continental breakfast was nothing special and requires more attention given there isn't alot of choice nearby.location was good across street from small beach. Fair value for price but nothing special.

My family and I stayed in the Chapman Cottage while in the area for a wedding. Our room was nice and had a small deck. The bed was comfortable and large (king). The shower was also large and very nicely tiled. It was in a great location, slightly off the main drag, but still only a short drive to long... More
