The Anchorage Inn is top quality !! My family and I have been coming since 1967 !! Many changes over the years , but The Anchorage Inn is still the best around. Beautiful ocean views and the Nubble lighthouse is always a must to visit !! The outlets in Kittery have great stores and awesome deals !

I found this property to be extremely overpriced for what you actually get after you check in. Initially, I was put in a terrible corner room on the second floor. It was right outside the elevator bank, and there was about a 2 foot gap between the floor and the bottom of the room's door, so all hallway noise easily... More

Hi BostonGal13, Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that you were not pleased with your first room and am so glad our team was able to find one that pleased you. To clarify a few things: the rooms in the Atrium are 250-252 sq ft on each floor, the first, second and third. We do our best to... More

Very nice place to stay, close to the ocean with a nice restaurant on site. The indoor lap pool was very cold and our room was very dusty and we found food on the floor. Over all it was nice and if we go again we will stay there again.

Came up for a one night getaway with the kids. Cute little rooms, nice pool. Staff seems really great. Will probably try and bring hubby here for a getaway from the kids. Eventho it's winter and very cold, very nice place. Wifi works good too. Only complaint, the refrigerator could be bigger and a microwave would be nice

From New York my family and I stayed at the Anchorage Inn of York Beach Maine during one of the New England blizzards where over two feet of snow was received we stayed for approximately 2 nights and the entire staff was able to keep us warm and safe. Overall we had a great time, we have tried to stay at each section over the years. That said, people booking a room for this hotel should know some things. The suites are really nice! They really are great rooms if you can afford them. The main building, which we tried last year, was a good size room with a... More

We stayed here for one night in the third floor suite, # 301. The suite was really beautiful, complete with jacuzzi, fireplace, and a fabulous ocean view! We had a perfect view of the Nubble Lighthouse also. The little kitchen in the suite was well equipped; the lighting throughout the unit is dimmable everywhere and that was especially nice. The... We stayed in the back area of the property.....there were a few groups of people moving out at various times over our 2 night stay.....not sure how long they had been there but their SUV's were packed with items....maybe an extended stay? It was difficult to negotiate getting out the front door, due to the commotion. The first morning, the... More

We needed to be in the area for one night and we stayed in the Atrium on 1/22. Have never been to York in the winter before and it was so peaceful !! We were the only ones in the Atrium that night! The staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. What really made me happy was... More

It is nice to be able to book a room on the water for only 1 night! We were in the area for a family event and had a great stay at the Anchorage Inn. Nice to get up and walk the beach with no crowds!!! Off season is definitely the way to go!! We will be back again!
