A budget friendly hotel with a small pool and workout room. 4-5 miles from York beach amenities. Cramped bathrooms, outside decor blah in appearance and upkeep. Beds are satisfactory, but pillows provide no support however. Great, but crowded full self serve breakfast. Overall, a decent place to rest your head after spending the day else where for entertainment

We've always stayed here whenever we've come up to Maine for a vacation, but this time was probably the worst. We didn't have any toilet paper upon our arrival and couldn't get any until the next day (we asked too), not every channel on TV was available (and they probably should have), the breakfast royally sucked, and they even screwed... We decided to stop in York on our way to Camden, Maine on a Friday afternoon. It was a very good choice as the traffic in upper Massachusetts was terrible (as predicted) and the Best Western in York provided us with a great night right off the highway.

We stayed here for 4 days and were very sad to leave. The hotel had everything we could wish for: friendly and helpful staff, indoor pool, free parking, fitness room and more. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was extensive, including cereals, fresh fruit, bread/bagels, juice, pastries, sausages, eggs, tea/coffee, yoghurt. We stayed in one of the king rooms which... More

We had a great experience at the Best Western in York, Maine. The location was convenient to beaches, shopping, dining and a lighthouse. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

I've stayed in many Best Westerns and this one was clearly my worst experience. First we felt it was overpriced. To be fair it might just be an overpriced area. The rooms were clean and neat. Now the bad part. When we could not fin d the elevator we were given a great reason….THERE ISN"T ANY ELEVATOR! We booked two... More

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter and two grand kids. I had stayed here before so I knew it was okay. Nice and clean, great pool, and a wonderful breakfast and close to everything. On the second night of our stay, there was a thunder storm, and the hotel lost power for several hours. The desk staff made... More

Nice Hotel for the Price. Centrally Located in York, Maine. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but satisfactory. Hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. The towels were a bit too small & we didn't like the shampoo/conditioner combo. Would prefer separate shampoo & seperate conditioner. But overall worth the price.

We always stay at other Best Westerns and have been very satisfied up until our stay on July 17th, 2014 at the Best Western York, ME. Inn. The sheets on both queen beds had obvious sand left behind from previous guests who must have been to the beach. Reported this to the front desk girl who apologized and she herself,... More
