We rented their 3BR cottage which has a stunningly beautiful view for a grandparents, parents, kids vacation. THE LR and BR were nicely furnished. A complete kitchen with all utensils and pots and pans meant we did not have to eat out unless we wanted to. Washer/dryer meant no trips to laundramat. They have on site outdoor games and boat... The accommodation were perfect for our extended family. Worked well with my elderly parents and gave us the ability to have family visit. We had ages from 4 years old to 94 years old, worked all the way around gave my folks their own private area for them to get away for naps and we could all be together for... More

The views were the best part about our recent trip to the "Dockside Guest Quarters" B & B in York, Maine. This was our first visit to this B & B. We had a very large room on the second floor of the main house with a deck that looked out over the harbor. Our room had a great king... More

Amazing location, very quiet, mellow place, with a great breakfast in the morning. The inn is on a small island off the village of York, close to great places and beaches, but feels private. Will definitely return! The sunrises alone are worth the stay!

Our main objective was to visit Maine during the fall foliage season. A prime location for leaf viewing, harvest festivals , bike riding(bikes are available to use), lobster eating and ocean activities. The Dockside property is charming and restful/first rate. Will return!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been staying at the Dockside since we first discovered it over 11 years ago. We fell in love with the location and accommodations then and still feel the same way about it now. It is a special place that represents the quiet beauty of Maine where the sunrises and sunsets are always awe inspiring, the... More

This was my favorite B & B of our New England trip. The main building is a charming Victorian Inn, bur all the other quarters are just like small condos, but the view is magnificent! We saw the most incredible sunrise over the harbor from our balcony. The bed is cozy, and mattress and linens seemed new. Nice fireplace and... More

We recently had our wedding at the Dockside (28 Sept) and we’ll start by saying that it could not have gone any better! We know that most people would say that but we have been incredibly grateful for their efforts from start to finish. It all started back in January of this year when we met with Phil Lusty and... This is a lovely combination B&B with separate units on the beautifully manicured property. The main house has a large front porch & sitting rooms. Breakfast is served on the porch or the gracious rooms inside the main house B&B. We stayed in a separate unit, apart from the main house, & it was charming -- lovely waterfront view, comfy... More

We return to the Dockside several times each year. Its location on York Harbor, on its own island, makes it a scenic oasis apart from a busy area during high-season. The accommodations are Maine-simple, understated elegance of the highest degree. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The buildings and grounds are in top-notch condition. To top it off,... More
