Well, the 123 closed for the season and immediately went up for sale. Guess I wasn't the only one who thought it was BAD! Understand it has been sold so let's hope the new owners do something positive with the 123. It has so much potential!!!!

We recently stayed at the Inn by randomly stopping by on Columbus Day weekend...it was awesome!! The room was a truly great room, beautiful view, great price, the people were REALLY nice! Definitely recommend this place :) We had everything right at our fingertips...the beach, restaurant, convenience store all right there.

From the beach, this place looks like a great place.Buyer beware..poor service, lousy expensive food. Rum drinks are void of rum. All around, a true disappointment. From having to ask for a server, appetizer brought after dinner is served, and a doozy of a bill, simply disappointing.

A now annual stop for us. Have had both breakfast and dinner and good consistency but I think a bit pricier than last year after I thought about it. Great for kids, very accommodating and good kids menu and crayons for coloring. Steamers were yummy as were the lobster rolls.

Myself and a couple of friends went for food one night. We are travelling from Britain and thought we would try the lobster roll. Bad idea! There was about three tiny pieces of lobster in the sandwich and the rest was tinned salmon. Not worth 18 dollars. My friend who is also a vegetarian asked for a small plate of... More

My wife and I had a great stay. Rooms had a great view. Beds were comfortable. The staff there was outstanding. Food and service was great. I would highly recommend and am looking to go back to stay again.

Went for Mother's Day and ordered the lobster Benedict (mother's were free but only to $10. I was ok with that and paid the extra $5) The lobster was not on the English muffin but between them and only filled 1 of the muffin halfs. The lobster was served was cold and was either old or left over and it... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights last June and will be there again this month because we liked it so much. Great location right across from the beach with well-equipped rooms (check out the details on their website). Yes, they are over a restaurant/bar (which is clearly indicated on the website and in pictures), so if you're... More

Had the most terrible stay at the 123, not only did you have to fight a crowd of drunk people to check in but the staff could care less that we did not want to stay for this reason. Had a room right above the downstairs and was kept up all night from yelling and screaming, the sheets still had... More
