My wife and I are traveling for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to come to the area to visit the Nubble Lighthouse based on a recommendation from a friend. We called ViewPoint Hotel at 3:30 in the afternoon to ask if there was availability for that night, and there was! ViewPoint Hotel looked like a nice place based on... More

We stayed one night in room 102, the bedroom is a loft, with king bed. Downstairs has a couch king hide-a-bed (for snoring husbands). Awesome views, immaculate garden and grounds, multiple levels of well placed seating areas down to the water. Pleasant staff (met Jessica and a handy man). Across the street from Brown's Ice Cream (a must visit). Walking... More

The minute we arrived, the stress began to leave. Peaceful, quiet, and breathtaking. The view of the ocean and Nubble Light house is amazing. The grounds and foliage is impeccable adding to the ambiance. The immentities are perfect: clean, well made and all working. No corners have been cut. I do not think thiis is a place for children, nothing... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of April 2014. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable! I really loved that there were games and books on the shelves, my daughter loved using her iPod in the radio/stereo. The suite it self was way more then we hoped for, it was so... More

We spent the night Valentines Day and specifically picked this hotel because of the location and view of Nubble Lighthouse and we were not disappointed. Hotel people were very friendly and helpful. And when we got to our room we were very pleasantly surprised to find a box of homemade chocolate from a local shop and a bottle of champagne... More

We stayed in a garden walk-out room. It was so lovely. The layout was very comfortable with all the amenities. Nice kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, separate bedroom. And the view! Lighthouse front and center. It was mid-week so there weren't many people there. We were anticipating a totally relaxing, quiet evening. We got Chinese take-out at... More

This was our 2nd visit to The ViewPoint Hotel and there will many more. Both times we stayed with another couple and had plenty of room for all of us in townhouses 109 and 104. This place is very clean with beautiful, well kept grounds leading down to the rocky shore in front of Nubble Light. There are 9 townhouse/suites... More

The view & property are amazing with multiple patios and perfect perennial gardens. The staff is friendly & helpful. The suites are thoughtfully set up with everything you need and housekeeping is impeccable. The décor of the room was decent. My only regret was staying for just one night, but I will return and stay longer next time. I booked... More

Stayed here 2 nights with DH. We arrived and were informed there was a wedding in the patio/garden area. We were able to watch from our deck. After the wedding was over, we were able to walk around. The lawn was perfectly manicured and the flowers gorgeous. Our room was a 1 bedroom. Very quaint, handicap accessible. We had a... More
