We enjoyed everything about the Snow Squall Inn - the innkeeper, delicious breakfasts and flower filled environment. Whenever we had questions about what to do while day-tripping or directions, the innkeeper was happy to accommodate us. We will go back again when visiting the area.

We have stayed in B&B's around the country and in a few European countries, Ireland and the UK. Paul and Melanie have made the Snow Squall into the very best we've found anywhere.....tied with a place in Spain that was close to three times the money. We first stayed there a year or two before Paul and Melanie bought it.... More

As soon as we parked, we knew we were stepping into a relaxing stay. The yard was lush with blooming flowers, turning leaves, and an inviting gazebo. We stepped into a light and airy office that hinted at the rooms to come--elegant sitting rooms, beautiful sleeping rooms, and a charming breakfast room. And what a breakfast! The berries looked and... More

My wife and three adult children stayed here for two nights. We all enjoyed it. The host was gracious, loquacious, and an excellent cook: breakfast was superb. Our rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. We would love to stay there again. When we settled our account I was surprised how little the stay cost

We stayed in the Flying Eagle Room, it was very clean and charming. This is a lovely bed and breakfast for a romantic getaway or just to get out of the city. Paul and Melanie are very gracious and friendly hosts. The Eggs Benedict we had for breakfast was superb. Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended.

The Snow Squall is one of the best Bed and Breakfast inns that we have ever stayed at. The place is in a great location in Wiscasset- just away from the "downtown" area. We stayed in the White Falcon room and it was very clean, well appointed and bright. It also has a back patio that leads to the back... More

Excellent hospitality. When you are here, you are treated like family. Paul's breakfast is fantastic. We highly recommend this establishment to everyone. We have stayed here 4 times and plan to continue to include them in our summer trips.

Snow Squall has spoiled us for any other B&B. Our room was perfection,--nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nice baths with robes. Paul was the perfect host, and a wonderful chef with his made to order gourmet breakfast. The inn was charming, nicely decorated, and beautiful gardens. Paul was most helpful with itineraries for the area, best places for seafood, sightseeing, etc. I agree with... More

We enjoyed everything at this B&B. The breakfasts were fantastic. The cookies for snack time were fantastic. The flowers were fantastic (lovely English garden). Lovely room. Nice cats (and we're not cat lovers). Paul and Melanie were perfect hosts. Paul could talk your ear off - if you could understand his lovely English accent. Close enough to walk into town.... More
