We decided to stay here on a whim and were thrilled with our stay. The cottages are charmingly rustic and clean and comfortable, with nice beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in the Pines cabin and had a gorgeous view of the lake and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the screen porch. The staff was friendly and made us... More

The wife and I had an absolute wonderful and restful stay. The cottage was well appointed and charming with a nice view of the lake. The location is perfect with shops nearby for whatever you need or may have forgotten to bring along, yet the location feels secluded. Eateries are a short distance away and lobster houses are plentiful on... More

The quintessence of your ideal weekend getaway. With 11 (not including a large dog) in our group, we split into 3 different cottages - each cottage having it's own personality and quaintness. The cottages were restocked with fresh towels and toiletries daily and Debra was incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns we had about the area. The views over... More

Good value. Great location. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Good location that we used as a base for travel from to other parts of Maine. Close to shopping and food. Make sure you check out drive in theater about 20 minutes away.

Some friends and I have twice, over the past 6 years, stayed at Sebago Lake Lodge and Cottages. Each time, we have stayed in a cottage. Each stay has been quite enjoyable - beautiful view out of our windows, rustic atmosphere, basic-yet-adequate kitchen, etc. We were looking for cozy, quiet, with a country feel - and our cottage offered all... The internet & brochure are totally misleading. Yes, the setting is beautiful, but the room (as an upgrade, even!) was run down and disgusting. The kitchenette was supposed to be a bonus, but the sign that says they do not pay staff to clean it, so leave it as clean as you found it was unimaginable! How can the health... More

I recently stayed at the Sebago Lake Lodge and Cottages in the main building. Unfortunately it was during a heat wave so the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a challenge even though there were fans set up throughout the lodge. I had imagined an idyllic, quiet spot on Sebago Lake. However, the swim area as well as... More

Great location on Sebago Lake. Accommodations are horrific. No AC, run down with old worn out furniture. Screen in porches with gaping holes. Screen doors that don;t close. Bring plenty of bug spray. Swimming area adjacent to boat channel. This is hazardous as one tries to cross the channel to Kayak or Canoe. $15 per day per dog. Remember there... More

We had a small family reunion and this was the perfect spot. Debra was incredibly accommodating to our group. We loved being right on the lake and the atmosphere was rustic and charming. The Maine Lodge was perfect for our evening potluck gathering and viewing of our family slide show. Sitting around the outdoor fire pit topped off the evening.... More

We recently stayed here for our annual family reunion, and it was a perfect spot for us. Each family was able to book their own cottage or room, but the central grounds allowed us to all gather together during the day and evening. The rooms and cottages are rather dated, but this was to be expected and added to the... More
