Windham Way Motel is located on U.S. Route 302 (Roosevelt Trail) three miles west from North Windham, the hub of the Lakes Region. Sebago Lake State park is approximately a fifteen minute drive. Portland is 18 miles. North Conway, NH about 45 minute drive. This is a family owned roadside motel, reminiscent of where you might have stayed on family... More

I was on business in Raymond ,Maine and saw the old review for the Windham way. It was only a few miles away so I tried it. The sign in the window said Seasonal rentals only. What good is a review if the hotel isnt open. I might as well reviewed the new Microtel that is being built.

I am shocked by the unprofessional manner in which the owner and owner's mother communicated with me when trying to make a reservation! When I called to speak to the owner regarding making a reservation the woman who answered the phone stated she was the owner and quoted me a price that was $30 more a night than listed on... More

This is a family favorite when coming to visit due to its proximity to Sebago Lake and good value. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a notably good channel selection on their tvs and strategically placed bird houses on poles outside the back windows. They have a beautiful little pool area and a spot just off of... More

Pros: 1) clean; 2) comfortable bed; 3) motel set-up makes getting to your car easy; 4) very quiet despite being on a major car route; 5) half a mile to stores; Cons: 1) no hair dryer in room; 2) no ice machine; 3) dark room; 4) no electrical outlets in bathrooms; 5) light switch to bathroom outside of the bathroom;... What a wonderful little motel. Very clean and well kept. Nice pool. We had a great little efficiency apt/room in the back which couldn't have been nicer. And the best part is they cater to bicyclists; giving them automatic discounted rooms. I would gladly stay here again!
