My sister, dad and I stayed here on Friday, July 18. I had only made the reservations a few days before and was able to get the room for 1 night. A rarity in the area apparently. Based on earlier reviews I asked for and got a room on the top floor. The rooms are dated but clean. We had... More

This hotel is a perfect choice if you like to be near the main drag and attractions but still away from the crowds that this touristy area of maine is known for. The staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly.....traits which are hard to find in todays world. The rooms are clean, bright, and large. New flat screen televisions and comfy... More

What a wonderful place we found on our trip to Maine. The staff is very knowledgeable and the accommodations were super. We usually stay at the anchorage in ogunquoit but this time it was full. The surprise part of this stay was the really friendly and helpful people. Will definitely consider this hotel again when We travel to Maine......

Stayed as a family in August 2013. The hotel is an ideal spot for enjoying the Maine coast. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff very helpful. The view of the river from many of the rooms is fabulous.

This was a great place to stay. Good View of the River and ocean off in the distance. Centrally located. Go north to Wells and Kennebunkport and south to Perkins Cove and York Beach. Very Friendly Staff that helped us with our travel plans when we departed. Excellent continental breakfast that included HOT waffles (prepared by Joe), scrambled eggs (have... More

The breakfast was gross ,We could not eat anything. I assumed that you could use the kayaks with the stay and not have to call a man to rent them buy the hour. Also canoeing was advertised but was not available

This was not our first time at this hotel but we stay 3 nights from June 1st to June 4 and it is always a pleasure to be there. The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast is very good, specially the waffles. We also enjoy the pool which was so warm at this time of the year! All... More

My wife and I stayed the night of Sunday, June 1, 2014. Although we booked a room with one queen bed, our room had two queen beds for the same reasonable price. The room was very clean and had excellent toiletries. We were in room 246, which is in building three with a great view of the estuary. The deck... More

The rooms are daily big and clean. The view outside our "patio" door is of the river, just not very pretty I suppose. The man that helps with the Continental breakfast is rude and just horrible to deal. How he still has a job after talking to us and other people staying at the inn is beyond me. The price... More
